It woul be benficial if the CRM allowed us to search by the clients address, rather than only name and phone #.

Wondering if it's at all possible to add a deal number as a query in the Quick Search bar up top. I know we can type in stock numbers, but a deal number would be awesome.

It would be helpful to be able to search only your own customer base so if you remember and want to find a client by first name from months ago, it won't pull every customer in the whole database with that first name, only yours.

All "close" results should come up when searching a customer, not just exact. For example if I search "shannon brown" but her name is "shanon brown", it should still come up instead of showing no results.

It would be nice to have a filter that allows BDC and Salespersons to know when a customer has been sold or otherwise instead of being with the leads that have not been contacted yet.

When one of our other stores wants a new/used vehicle in our inventory, we put the stock number in the search bar and it lists all the customers on that vehicle. Currently, we have to click on every customer who has been on that vehicle to search for an appt. Is there a way to add something next to the customer's name when it drops down to show us there is an appt on that vehicle on that customer? This would save alot of time.

Is it possible to search notes by keywords or phrases? can this be made possible, like searching messages on your cell phone.

Currently trying to find some people when using the search option and getting the same name 30+ times is getting tiring. If we could filter out those who have and haven't been contacted by us it will save a ton of time and heart ache

It would be nice to find customers searching based on the vehicle requested and have the search function search the notes of the lead as well in case the vehicle isn't loaded into the vehicle slot.

Add in the last contact date on the quick view when searching a customer by email/phone to avoid clicking in to each customer card to see if they are active. Helps make lead searching much more efficient when you aren't waiting for the contact cards to load for each one
