Is it possible to search notes by keywords or phrases? can this be made possible, like searching messages on your cell phone.

Add a search bar in order to find customers based of BDC/Sales

When searching for customers, if there is a slight typo the search should still present similar customer options. (Ex. When typing in Samul, customers with the name Samuel should populate.)

Being able to search by nickname.

Would like ability to search for deal with only last 8 of VIN instead of having to type in the whole VIN.

Currently the CRM does not appear to search dead deals for a stock # or VIN when you use the search bar. We have had a situation more than once where this feature would be beneficial.

Wondering if it's at all possible to add a deal number as a query in the Quick Search bar up top. I know we can type in stock numbers, but a deal number would be awesome.

It woul be benficial if the CRM allowed us to search by the clients address, rather than only name and phone #.

Currently trying to find some people when using the search option and getting the same name 30+ times is getting tiring. If we could filter out those who have and haven't been contacted by us it will save a ton of time and heart ache

Ability to search by the provider Lead ID in the system
