Currently, the CRM search function is limited to first and last names and phone numbers. I’d like to request a more advanced, comprehensive search feature similar to Gmail’s — one that allows users to search by keywords, notes, appointment times, tags, or any customer-related details, not just names or phone numbers. This improvement would make it much easier to locate specific interactions or follow-ups when only partial information is known (for example, remembering a note or appointment detail but not the customer’s name). Adding filters and sorting options would also help narrow down results quickly and improve workflow efficiency.
