The search functionality should prioritize pulling up results using the first name instead of the last name. Requiring the last name to display the full customer record is causing confusion for users.

When I start typing a customer name I want to be able to toggle between seeing my customers only and all the other customers even if no active lead or under another sales person. This is especially important when there is a person with a common name such as "Bob Smith". As far as I can tell, if I type in "Bob Smith" now, I'll get dozens of results and have to click on each one individually in order to see if they are mine

There should be a function to search by deal# ?

Currently it only looks like you can search by lead ID on GM leads but not other OEMs. When we get the lost sales reports from other OEM's it leaves off searchable items other than lead ID, so would be helpful to know which ones are lost by ability to search by lead ID

On the app - any closed lead should tell you if they bought and what they bought, not "no vehicle." It only tells you who's standing in line, per image 1 - "no vehicle" for delivered client. On the desktop - related search for the delivered vehicle, with no way to tell if it's sold and who bought it - seen in image 2.

It woul be benficial if the CRM allowed us to search by the clients address, rather than only name and phone #.

Is it possible to search notes by keywords or phrases? can this be made possible, like searching messages on your cell phone.

Is there a way you can search all history of Notes / call notes / regular notes and Text and email because there should be.

Hi, I was hoping to get a search bar installed in where the video library is at for the mobile app. That way when someone is looking for a certain car they can type in the keyword and it will narrow the search. With around 200 cars in our inventory it takes a bit to find the one you are looking for. I see there is one on the desktop version but not on the mobile app. Thanks

Wondering if it's at all possible to add a deal number as a query in the Quick Search bar up top. I know we can type in stock numbers, but a deal number would be awesome.
