Ignore Text Reactions or Customer Liking a Text
Can we please stop when a customer "Likes" a text having it come in as a text from the customer and thereby being an "Unanswered" Text. It is artificially increasing our Fumble rate and there is no easy way of clearing it out without replying AGAIN to the customer with a thumbs up or something which is awkward at that point.

Genius AI - Pause Genius When Actively Typing / Engaging with Customer
We can be in direct communication with a customer and the genius will send messages right over us. It makes us look incompetent and like we aren't communicating with each other from a customers perspective when we have conflicting information being sent on top of what we just sent. If we send the text opt in first and genius comes after then when the customer responds it shows as a reply to genius, so every time athe customer messages the genius does as well. It's very convoluted and many times I have to tell them to ignore it and it's a bot just so they understand what's going on.

I would like to have the ability to attach documents or photos to notes. A picture is worth a million words.

CARFAX Integration
I would like a link to the CARFAX Report in Inventory and on Interested Vehicle and Trade-In vehicles. When clicking the link, I would like to be redirected to the CARFAX history and/or report for that vehicle.

Merge Multiple Duplicate Leads
I think it would save a LOT of time if we could merge multiple duplicate leads that have all the same information vs having to merge all 20 profiles one by one. If we could just select a little box next to them and press "merge all" or something. Sort of the same concept as being able to delete multiple pictures or emails on a phone.

Custom Dead Deals Reasons
Making this editable will help dealers refine the list and workflows of dead deals easier to manage. For instance, if you separate out Parts & Service - You can send the actions to the right department head directly. Also making this editable will reduce the bad leads from aggregating to one common spot and enforce better discipline in the CRM to mark dead leads according to the REAL reason.

Increase Max Limit on Cold Text Throttling
I am part of the BDC department, when going through previous customers trying to opt them in to texting I always get told I hit a limit. Is there are way for there not to be a limit?? It slows me down a lot.

Text Number Needs Visibility in Mobile App
When a client has multiple numbers opted in (spouses, cosigners, work lines, etc.) there is no way to differentiate which number is texting you when you are in the chat function in the app like it does on the "activity page".

Add Notifications for Untracked Texts and Untracked Emails
As a User, I'd like to receive a Notification when I receive an email that goes to Untracked Emails. I'd like a Notification to both my sidebar and mobile app. I'd also like the option to toggle the Notifications on or off in My Settings like I can do with other Notifications.
