Can we please stop when a customer "Likes" a text having it come in as a text from the customer and thereby being an "Unanswered" Text. It is artificially increasing our Fumble rate and there is no easy way of clearing it out without replying AGAIN to the customer with a thumbs up or something which is awkward at that point.

As a manager, I find when I need to clean up a salespersons incomplete tasks that have snowballed over vacation or are old; I do not have the capability of deleting tasks with the lowest priority - instead, I am stuck deleted all or nothing. There should be an option to be able to select what type of tasks I want to delete. This widget will be a managers best friend!

We can be in direct communication with a customer and the genius will send messages right over us. It makes us look incompetent and like we aren't communicating with each other from a customers perspective when we have conflicting information being sent on top of what we just sent. If we send the text opt in first and genius comes after then when the customer responds it shows as a reply to genius, so every time athe customer messages the genius does as well. It's very convoluted and many times I have to tell them to ignore it and it's a bot just so they understand what's going on.

Making this editable will help dealers refine the list and workflows of dead deals easier to manage. For instance, if you separate out Parts & Service - You can send the actions to the right department head directly. Also making this editable will reduce the bad leads from aggregating to one common spot and enforce better discipline in the CRM to mark dead leads according to the REAL reason.

Marking a Customer Deceased would remove all Future Follow up and not allow anyone at the store to reach out

I think it would save a LOT of time if we could merge multiple duplicate leads that have all the same information vs having to merge all 20 profiles one by one. If we could just select a little box next to them and press "merge all" or something. Sort of the same concept as being able to delete multiple pictures or emails on a phone.

Feature request: Allow Management/BDC to have permission to unpin other users notes from the top of customer profiles. Often, when I am closing a customer profile out I have to call each person who has pinned a note to the top of the profile and ask them to unpin the information. Some notes need to stay pinned at all times such as "ONLY CALL AND TEXT" or "DO NOT CONTACT" however, majority of the notes we pin to the top are only needed while the customer is actively looking for a vehicle. Would just make things easier for the sales team :) One less thing to hassle with if certain ppl had that extra permission.

Increased incoming email security and filtering to a spam folder. Large number of incoming phishing and spam emails in the untracked folder with no way to block or mass 'mark as read' ton clear them.
