The ability to choose a custom video thumbnail would help highlight key visuals and encourage customers to click.

It would be great to include a thumbnail of the video (whether it's a custom recorded video OR from the video library) within text messages rather than a link to the video. People are conditioned not to click links, but if we could show a thumbnail of a video that was clearly made for them, people would be more likely to open the text and click.

When recording a video, use a built in teleprompter that displays a customizable script to follow while filming. Adjust the text size to small, medium, or large, and control the scrolling speed for a smooth delivery.

I have built a video library, where I send a video with the same caption & description every time, it'd be nice if you can save those alongside the video itself so it auto-populates just like the "I shot a video for you!" one does

We should have the ability to do voiceovers for videos. Since we generally take videos outdoors, being able to talk from inside where it's much quieter would be great. Lots of benefits to this tbh.

When you send a video via text (using the mobile application) the verbiage "Hope to hear from you 🙂" is being sent along with the video link. I do not see that verbiage in the text dialog box prior to sending. I should be able to see and edit any verbiage which is being sent to my customer.

When creating a video for a customer, all the important details like the customer's name, VOI, and trade (when applicable) are conveniently displayed to guide you. However, when you select the video and move to the "Send Video" box to write your message or email, this useful information disappears. Plus, the pop-out window blocks the view of other details, and the only way to access them is by opening a separate CRM window. If you want to use the AI for your messaging, you have to write it in another CRM tab, then copy and paste it into the other window, which can feel a bit cumbersome. If the message box worked like the other messaging boxes and included customer info + the AI, it could streamline the process and enhance both the user and customer experience.

Would it be possible to create a photo repository with dropdown menu capabilities for photos sorting? With that in mind is there a possibility to share your selected photo or video with a peer? Video Library dropdown menu would also enhance our capabilities and time spent sorting videos.

The Video Library Tags need an update: They should be listed in alphabetical order The Tags & Description should be accessible while in a client.

Iphone users have "shaky" videos. Need to allow for the phones stablizer to assist the quality. It's pretty noticeable on all our staff with newer iphones.
