When creating a video for a customer, all the important details like the customer's name, VOI, and trade (when applicable) are conveniently displayed to guide you. However, when you select the video and move to the "Send Video" box to write your message or email, this useful information disappears. Plus, the pop-out window blocks the view of other details, and the only way to access them is by opening a separate CRM window. If you want to use the AI for your messaging, you have to write it in another CRM tab, then copy and paste it into the other window, which can feel a bit cumbersome. If the message box worked like the other messaging boxes and included customer info + the AI, it could streamline the process and enhance both the user and customer experience.
