It would be great to include a thumbnail of the video (whether it's a custom recorded video OR from the video library) within text messages rather than a link to the video. People are conditioned not to click links, but if we could show a thumbnail of a video that was clearly made for them, people would be more likely to open the text and click.

The editor only allows users to select videos that are 2 minutes or less. If a video is even slightly over the limit, such as 2:05, the only options provided are to select another video or skip the process entirely. I believe the video editor should always allow the user to open and edit a selected video, regardless of its initial length. A video that's just a few seconds over the limit can easily be trimmed down to the required length prior to trying to send. User should be able to import videos, trim, mute, add voiceover, before sending.

all of our personal hand held selfie videos are extremely shaky. Is there a video stabilizer option?

Shaky video every time you take a video in the application. Alternatively, you shoot the video on your native camera app on the phone and it takes forever to upload and constantly fails over and over and you have to retry multiple times.

Right now, all videos in the Video Library share the same default subject line and message when sent. I'd love the ability to set a custom default subject and message at the time a video is uploaded to the library, so that when I go to send that specific video, it pre-populates with the message I wrote for it. For example, if I upload an "April Events" video, I'd want to save a message specific to that video right then. When I pull it from the library to send later, that message is already there and ready to go, rather than having to retype it every time. This would be especially useful for teams sharing a video library, since each video could have its own tailored message that makes sense for the content.

I would like to be able to upload a video directly from my desktop files but the only options I have are to upload from DriveCentrics library or record a video. The Apple app runs differently and allows me to upload content from my iCloud but I cannot upload videos from my desktop files.

Are you able to extend the video length on videos created/be able to send multiple ones either stitched together or in separate video links? Only having 2 minutes to feature a vehicle is next to impossible to do.

I do greatly appreciate that you made it possible to write a custom subject line for our videos 🙌🙌 However; sales agents are lazy and don't bother so we still end up with 100's of "RE: I just recorded a video for you" videos being send. What would be more beneficial would be to remove that default subject line entirely and force the sales agent to input their own. Make the subject and the message section required fields before sending. I believe this would help increase engagement.

It would be very beneficial if when salesperson filter is being used, on the dashboard (I have store wide access) it would filter the Video Library as well instead of clumping the whole store together.

Currently when the same video is sent to more than one customer the open and clicks are tracked based on the customer it was sent to. It would be nice if videos sent more than once (for example videos sent from the video library) were tracked under the video itself to show total amount of opens and clicks for the same video across all of the stores customers
