I dont want want AI to send my texts messages, I want to be the first one to text them. Customers will respond to human texts messages before AI texts

Makes no sense only messages that you havent replied to show up in messages tab. Make it so all messages show up. I dont want to hunt down someone i was messaging with.

AI Assistant should not be allowed to message once a human has engaged with a client. It is a negative and confusing experience to have two different entities texting you at the same time.

Add an internal chat option that allows sales reps to message each other directly within the CRM without having to tag teammates on every note or lead. This would make communication faster, reduce clutter in lead activity logs, and help teams coordinate more efficiently.

If the sales professional was the first one to send the opt in text, then the AI assistant should not also send an opt in to cause confusion

I have a customers profile that is mixed up and was originally a chat lead, When I did the deal merge, it did not auto correct it to the first source, in the deal details and when i go to manually edit it to change it to what it was, chat is not an option I can select. Can we please have chat added to Lead Sources

When you are using the drivecentric mobile app you can't see what number a customer called or is texting on if there are multiple numbers saved on profile. Is there any way to add this?
