DriveCentric currently works with Facebook, however, we used to use Matador.AI for our website and SMS chat and Gubagoo chat as well. Both of these tools also interfaced with other chat channels such as Google Business/Maps, OfferUp, Apple Maps, AutoTrader. It would be great for DriveCentric Genius and BDCchat through DriveCentric to also work with those. It means we don't have to have our team logged into a ton of different places to monitor chat.

Would be great if we could forward the service chats by email to our service team. Instead of requiring the service team to be active in Drive. This way you can also send to a call centre.

Hey Jonathan! I confirmed with the team that this message is intended functionality that is hard coded and cannot be changed. The reason for this is it helps with deliverability. Being able to change this message or remove it completely would make an excellent feature request. You can add a feature request using the megaphone icon in the bottom left of DriveCentric and other users can upvote it! what I don't understand is that none of my other colleagues here have that message at the end of their text.
