in your follow up, have the customers nickname show up also. We may not remember them by their real name, just by the Nickname

It would help if the last engaged and last attempt would show on the customer card so we do not have to click out of the customer and see it in the workplan (if you have yours set to show it). It would just save time.

It would be nice to see an icon or indicator at the top of each customer card that signifies which contact method the customer responds to best based on historical communication. For example... if the customer responds most frequently to email over SMS... it would be nice to see an icon at the top of the card that I can refer to when I'm selecting a communication method. It could save a lot of time for me personally.

After a deal is sold I would like to be able to see the sourcing at the top of the customer card still. Instead of having to scroll all the way to the bottom. When I am doing my end of month logs/payroll it is a pain for me to search on every deal.

Having the assigned salesperson be at the top of the customer card, where stock number and source description are.

I review each deal marked lost, would be nice if the vehicle of interest remained in the upper right hand corner somehow.

It would be help to see the age of the lead in the top right hand corner, similar to a day in stock for inventory.

When a customer has a trade in we should be able to see that at the top right of the screen under the vehicle of interest and lead info. See picture for example don't judge my awful handwriting....

Customer card shows only one email address and one phone number. It would be very helpful and effective if you would display all of those items on the card for multiple attempts to contact the customer.

I want to see the date the lead/customer was entered in to the system. Top right where it shows source and vehicle should tell me how old the deal is. I have to scroll to the bottom of the page to see when the lead came in. When responding to a chat, responding to an @, it's helpful. Also, it should pick up from "new deal" open date. If a lead is closed, but a new one comes in, I don't need to see the date of original creation, I need to see when the most recent deal was opened.
