It will be very useful when you offer restricted email templates that may only be used by selected individuals.

I’d like to request the addition of dynamic pricing fields within the texting and email template section. Specifically, we want the ability to automatically populate the following fields directly into a template: Vehicle MSRP Current manufacturer discounts (as listed on our website) Current dealer discounts (as listed on our website) An additional configurable “exclusive discount” field for targeted outreach This feature would be used primarily for unresponsive internet leads to present a personalized, exclusive offer not publicly listed online. The goal is to re-engage stalled prospects by delivering transparent, itemized pricing with an added incentive. Having these values auto-populate from existing vehicle data would: Eliminate manual price calculations Ensure pricing accuracy and compliance Save time for BDC/sales teams Increase engagement and response rates from cold leads

Ability to embed videos into email templates.

Would be nice to be able to add images to text templates.

Although we have templets. Think that genius should automatically reword the templates every time when you choose one. That way, you never send the same template twice by accident. Also makes the customer see that they're being emailed by a real person.

Please create a token for the salesperson's profile photo. I would like the ability to use this token in templates and email signatures without making unique templates/signatures for each salesperson. I believe you currently have this ability for store logos.

We need to be able to pull the Vehicle TRSP or Market Price in to emails and text templates like we can the discounted selling price

Please provide the proper case function to the email templates. DMS names are usually in full caps. Thanks!

Have a column for "Open Rate%" for email templates
