Have a column for "Open Rate%" for email templates

Can we get a "Date Range" when looking at Templates Sent and Responded too.

Adding tokens to bring in information related to lease end customer contacts (e.g. months/weeks/days to lease end date) would make the tool much more relevant and increase ease of use for salespeople.

Would be nice to be able to add images to text templates.

Make it possible to Add HTML Code in a text template so you can send ipackets or other HTML tags that prefill CRM data.

When creating templates (for emails specifically) it would be incredibly helpful to have the option to create an additional folder inside of a folder, or a way to nest a folder within another. For example, an internet email folder could have additional categories housed.

WHEN REACHING OUT TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT LOWERING THEIR INTEREST RATE, IT WOULD BE GOOD TO HAVE A TOKEN THAT PULLED CUSTOMERS CURRENT RATE SO I COULD DO A MASS EMAIL VERSUS ONE BY ONE

When creating templates - or even for Deal Docs - it would be very helpful to have a token that pulled the sales person's numbers, specifically. Such as #DV_Sales1WorkPhone# / #DV_Sales1CellPhone#

We would like a way to add a vehicle brochure to an email template. It would be based off of the vehicle of interested that the customer send the initial lead in on. If there is no vehicle selected, then the brochure would not have to be added.

It would be so helpful to have a tool when building a template to allow us to see what we would have to alter to ensure delivery to the client's primary inbox and their not spam inbox.
