Add Hyperlinks to Text Templates

When creating eBlast templates, it would be nice to be able to disactivate, or set an expiration date, without needing to delete.

If we could have an option to make our own templates, this would not only save us time typing long paragraphs out over and over again, or give the customer a quicker response, but would be good way to utilize the savviest ways to word a lot of replies for common objections that not everyone can get past as often because they don't want to or don't have the time to type everything out, especially when slammed so they just give a quick answer or response that leaves the conversation dead instead of keeping their interest peaked and getting them in the door.

We would like a way to add a vehicle brochure to an email template. It would be based off of the vehicle of interested that the customer send the initial lead in on. If there is no vehicle selected, then the brochure would not have to be added.

Can we please add the social media delivery photo option?

Hi, I would like some sort of system STOP if a set of brackets is in place an email that would be were a user would be required to enter custom info. For example "We got your info from [LEADSOURCE]." And if someone tries to send the email without clearing the brackets and adding in a lead source (eg. "We got your info from CarGurus.com ") then the system would prompt them and not let them send it so it can't be accidently sent to a user blank.

Hi. I was wondering if we could hide the subject line in the email drop down menu and only show the template title? The long subject lines make it hard to visually navigate the list when looking for a specific template title.

We want our sales team to be able to automatically populate the Vehicle(s) of Interest (VOI) when responding to customer inquiries via email or text. There is no way to auto-populate this information when using the vehicle brochure, requiring manual adjustments that add extra steps to the workflow. Requested Functionality: When a customer inquires about a specific vehicle or nonspecific vehicle, the system should allow sales reps to add the car to the customer profile under interested vehicles (similar to what VinSolutions does) and generate an email template that includes: A clickable image of the vehicle Key details (Price, Mileage, Make, Model, Trim) A hyperlink that directs the customer to the Vehicle Display Page (VDP) on our website When a customer inquires about a non-specific vehicle, sales reps should be able to select multiple vehicles of interest in the CRM manually and have them auto-populate into the email template with the same clickable images, details, and links. Business Impact & Benefits: Saves time for sales reps by eliminating the need for manual image replacement and hyperlinking. Improves customer experience by ensuring they receive visually appealing, personalized responses with direct access to the vehicle(s) they are interested in. Increases engagement and conversions by making it easier for customers to explore inventory directly from the email. This feature would significantly streamline our sales workflow while enhancing customer interaction. Please let us know if this can be added to the roadmap or if additional details are needed. It will be very useful when you offer restricted email templates that may only be used by selected individuals.

When I copy something and then paste it into DriveCentric email templates I'd really like it if the font size stayed the same as what's in the email templates, rather than ballooning to a larger 15 point size font. For example: A lead comes through saying the customer did financing and selected a term of 72 months at 1.99% APR. If I copy that and post it into an email template, currently it automatically converts it to size 15 font. Which looks absurdly large and automated when the rest of the email is in size 12 font. Just a really smart suggestion. Basically go back to how it was when you copied and pasted and the pasted text automatically matched the font of the email. It'd be great and save me so much time. So. Much. Time.
