Hello DriveCentric Team, My name is Mikey, and I’m currently using DriveCentric as part of my daily workflow. Overall, I really enjoy the platform and how much visibility it gives into customer engagement. I wanted to submit a feature request regarding the date range selection in the Engagement Hub. Currently, the time frame can only be selected within a limited range of recent months. It would be extremely helpful to have the option to select a custom date range starting from when a user began in the system through the present. Why this would be valuable: Allows sales reps to view every customer they’ve worked with over their full tenure Helps with long-term follow-up, re-engagement, and relationship building Provides better insight into personal performance and customer history Gives managers a clearer picture of rep activity over time, not just recent months Having a “From Start Date → Present” or fully customizable date range would make the Engagement Hub an even more powerful tool and reduce the need for workarounds or multiple searches.
