Feature Requests

On my workplan, you can click on the bubbles for text, call, video, etc. to see the daily count. The next screen lets you select from today, yesterday, this week and last week. We have MONTHLY goals for texts, calls and videos. Can you put a "this month" and perhaps a "last month" without going through the custom date range process? I believe that was available before the last major update.

I would like to be able to change the date on my to-do list so I can see upcoming tasks. I would like to have time to send my customers Birthday cards and Anniversary cards, instead of them arriving to my customer's late bc I did not realize until the day of their Birthday, etc.

This button enables a manager or supervisor to reassign a daily work plan among selected users to ensure the completion of tasks for an absent team member. It’s designed for daily use, helping to maintain workflow continuity and ensure all work plans are completed efficiently.

We should be able to Prioritize & Organize our Leads better by having a Star or Button that shows the leads priority Example: Cold Leads, Warm Leads, Ready to Buy Leads This will help in staying organized and reaching the right people in a timely manner

The idea that I want to throw out there would help management keep track of daily tasks more efficiently which in turn would help sell more cars. Under the store workplan tab instead of each salespersons profile (for example) saying 5/15 completed I think it would make it easier to monitor it if it showed how many of each task they have done. For example, it would say VIDEO 1/3 CALL TASK 12/20. Doing this would allow management to keep track of who has sent videos and how many they still have to do, and vice versa for phone calls without having to click their name and scroll through all their tasks and count them.

Would like to be able to set certain tasks as Priority so that they move to the top of the Workplan as opposed to by time of day, or ability to mark the task as HOT.

I'm requesting a way to filter my workplan by MY Latest Attempt to contact a customer. I noticed it counts ai responses under the Latest Attempt column, but we have coverage rules and I work at the enterprise level, so I have a pretty hefty workplan at times, so if it says the last attempt was 2 days ago but I haven't reached out in 4 days, I'm out of coverage and I didn't know to prioritize that lead because it was showing me 2 days because the ai reached out.

I've noticed that sometimes my workplan gets cluttered by tasks the system assigns me. I would like the ability to create my own workplan separate from the automatic system one, with my own tasks for a day, so that I'm able to organize by priority. The system is good, but it's been very frustrating having to keep track of everything in a separate client. Sometimes the system wants me to call or email someone I emailed less than a day before, or who I have a scheduled call with, etc. It's hard for me to organize 300 tasks every day and I need to be able to organize them in my own way. If we can have our own to-do list instead of making tasks and them getting drowned in systemic tasks in the big workplan that would be great.
