Feature Requests

I would like to be able to change the date on my to-do list so I can see upcoming tasks. I would like to have time to send my customers Birthday cards and Anniversary cards, instead of them arriving to my customer's late bc I did not realize until the day of their Birthday, etc.

Would like to be able to set certain tasks as Priority so that they move to the top of the Workplan as opposed to by time of day, or ability to mark the task as HOT.

Please revert "My Workplan" back to previous format

Currently, you can only mass expire workplan tasks more than 7 days overdue, which are still very active. Please add 30 60 90 120 day options to expire tasks. This will aid the ability to clean up workplans.

There should be a Ai workflow we can make are selves that we can set up to auto reply to customers, auto send messages, auto SMS replies, ETC. Also the whole thing is super unorganized and it would be way better if there was different categories I could click on like one that shoes everyone i have ever contacted, one that shoes everyone I am currently talking to, One that is people i have sold to, One that is people i have worked with that ended in a DEAD DEAL, and one that I can click that shows me all of my tasks. I know there is one for task already but i don't like the auto task thing because it makes multiple copies or asks me to do things i already did or if I do it sometimes it doesnt go away. It would be better if it was the customers profile with notes on what the task is next to their profile so i can see what it is without needing to open it and a check list next to the customers that you can click to say you did the task.

This way the email is not missed by the person it was intended to go to, but management can still see ongoing communication.

Have the ability to filter our workplan on the app. I.E when creating videos, it would be efficient to have the ability to filter my workplan on the app to put all of the video tasks first; like the way I can on the computer and fire out a bunch of videos.

I would like to be able to export my workplan as a Excel doc to import into excel or google docs. Currently the feature in the Gear icon in the top left is only available to print.

The integration with DC and CR is extremely limited. One example is SMS messages not clearing task, unreplied, or activities. What is the point of having a "certified partner" such as CallRevu if the integration is almost non-existent?

Would like to see the outcome of the call and be able to filter it out from those outcomes. Like the other section headers, I would like to tap the section header and filter it from ascending to descending by "Phone Conversation/Appointment Set/Left Voicemail" etc.
