Now you can reply to customer emails directly within the same thread on mobile. Here’s how:
- On iOS: Tap into the Customer Card → Navigate to the Activity tab → Right swipe the specific email message → Select Reply to respond right from your phone.
- On Android: Tap into the Customer Card → Go to the Activity tab → Long tap the email you want to reply to → Hit Reply and send your message.
