Urban Science has a product called Sales Alert that will report to the CRM when a guest in our system has purchased a vehicle from a competitor in next day time and mark the lead lost in the CRM so we can concentrate our efforts on unsold leads. GM has this set up under DART. It is very affordable, but it does NOT integrate with Drive Centric at this time. We can save many thousands of dollars annually be not burning wages calling and following up with guest who have already purchased. GM reports that competitor CRMs including e-Lead, DealerSocket, and Vinsolutions. We understand this integration has begun but it STALLED. Can you please wrap it up so we can start focusing on unsold leads. We have 914 leads in the last 90 days reported in SALES ALERT as LOST. Without integration we have to look up each one manually in Drive Centric. This is very time consuming. Thank you.
