Can you please add accu-trade as a possible trade tool integration option.

Is there a way for drive app to sync contacts so we know who is calling us once we call out of drive and they call back?

PLEASE add the ability to push a credit app from DriveCentric to Infobahn (BMW Financial Services’ dealer portal for app submissions.) Right now, we have our salespeople enter the credit app into DriveCentric and, as long as it’s going ANYwhere else they’re done (because we can push to Dealertrack); if it’s for BMWFS they have to enter it in both places, opening up opportunities for more errors and discrepancies.

It makes adding users very easy because the Azure integration connects to our Active Directory and then users are automatically added as we then them to our systems, reducing the amount of work required for user set up of new hires.

Ability to add customers photos to trade-ins and push that to the appraiser!

It would be helpful to be able to see who the advisor was on closed ROs in the system. Currently, if I want to see who the advisor was, I have to log in to the DMS. Also, having the F&I manager attached to the delivered deal would be helpful.

Would be nice to integrate with Zapier for our insurance agents to make keeping customer info in one place.

I would love for full API integration with Roadster as to pull all customer information over when searching instead of manually adding. This would also help with pushing deals to the DMS and CRM for a more seamless digital sales process.

Allow comments to be added to Delivery Photos to create the entire post right from the app.

Integrate with DNC Registry so customers on that list are flagged as do not call.
