Thanks for flagging this, James Crandall — helpful to know Carfax reports are on your mind. To make sure we’re understanding the ask correctly, can you share a bit more about what you’re trying to do with Carfax in DriveCentric (view an existing report vs. pull/request a new one vs. share with a customer)? Also, where in your workflow would you expect to access it (on a vehicle record, a lead/customer record, or as part of a sales/service step)? And should this be available for everyone at the dealership, or only specific teams/roles like Sales, BDC, or Service?

Michele McCoy The integration is problematic. It's not actually integrated with our CarFax accounts the way all the other vendors are, it's requiring login credentials and pulling a version of the CarFax that has their nonsense value report added to it. Compare this to the version you get with virtually any dealers integration by just clicking the CarFax icon on virtually any dealers used car inventory and the difference is obvious. It looks like it's less of an integration and more of a button that's designed to send you to "www.carfaxonline.com/vhr/{VIN}" instead of the way it shows with customer-facing integrations.
We need the ability to opt-out of updates when they include things that have potential concerns like this.

In some CRMs you can enter a trade and it will populate a Carfax link to be able to go straight to the link for the specific vehicle from in the CRM.
