It would be great if when killing a deal, there was not already a reason chosen. There are a lot of deals getting killed as 'Bought Elsewhere' when that is not the reason as that is the one that is automatically selected when you click to kill a deal. I believe it should be set up like the call outcome choices where it says 'Select an Outcome', it should say 'Select a Reason'.

It would be great if it were required to put notes in, in order to mark a deal dead. Being the one who has to go through all of them, notes would be extremely helpful in determining if its a true dead deal!

Mistakes happen, so we should be able to reactivate a lead that was mistakenly marked as duplicate. As well if a sold deal comes in and a second deal is open we should be able to mark that as duplicate even if it wasn't caught in a merge.

With all the duplicate deals I've been having to sort through lately, I've made a habit to go through all sold/delivered customers and make sure there isn't an additional deal open that's hurting our reporting. It would be a HUGE help if the dead deals would display the reason so I can ensure the duplicates are marked as a bad lead instead of old deal/other/no agreement/ect.

Once a deal is marked dead, you cannot add a Vehicle of Interest. You have to rescue the deal, add a vehicle of interest and mark it dead again in order to do so. Can you add the ability to view and edit the Vehicles on the customer card when the deal is marked dead?
