Feature Requests

Many customers specifically ask to avoid contact with AI agents, and we want to honor that. Firing Genius pulls Shelby off of a customer, but does not affect these two agents, which leads to specifically unwanted contacts.

I would a button to be added where we can turn ANA on and off, multiple times I have been with a customer and another contact me and managers are busy doing other things and I get a fumble. would be nice if I can turn ANA on when I am with customers, break, away from surface and at home and be able to turn her off when I am at my desk.

I'd like to make a suggestion for Genius Follow up to show who the lead belongs to and what store. Those of us who work for a big dealer group need to see what store and who it belongs to from the BDC perspective. If not can it just be removed from our own view after reviewing the profile? See photo below how I created it for visibility.

We can be in direct communication with a customer and the genius will send messages right over us. It makes us look incompetent and like we aren't communicating with each other from a customers perspective when we have conflicting information being sent on top of what we just sent. If we send the text opt in first and genius comes after then when the customer responds it shows as a reply to genius, so every time athe customer messages the genius does as well. It's very convoluted and many times I have to tell them to ignore it and it's a bot just so they understand what's going on.

can we have genius do a follow up with customers that active on our website. this would apply to customers on the insite tracker.

Hi all, We would love to add a feature about "why sell your car to us" to the Genius.

We need the ability to disable ALL AI agents on individual customer profiles without unsubscribing customers from normal communication. We've had customers flat-out tell us they will not purchase a vehicle from us if they receive another AI-generated text. This is especially concerning with some of our older clientele who prefer working directly with a salesperson. The option to "Fire" Genius isn't always available, and even when it is, it doesn't stop all AI agents. AI is genuinely helpful for many leads, but it can also hurt customer relationships when it's unwanted. We need one simple option to disable ALL AI communication for individual customers without changing settings for everyone else or interfering with our ability to contact those customers ourselves. AI should help us close deals, not cost us sales!

If a customer has an existing appointment and the customer replies to the Confirmation or Reminder email or text "R" to reschedule, Genius should attempt to reschedule the appointment and notify the associated users on the deal via Genius Follow-Up on the sidebar.

We would like Genius to remind us to call/text/email a customer at a specific time by mentioning us!

Often we are texting or emailing a customer and AI will jump in and respond for us as we are typing/trying to respond. The ability to set a specified delay for it to respond during business hours to try and limit the amount of times that it responds at the same time as a human before, during, or right after we send a message, often saying something we don't want her to say or saying the same thing we just said making us look kind of dumb/redundant.
