We can be in direct communication with a customer and the genius will send messages right over us. It makes us look incompetent and like we aren't communicating with each other from a customers perspective when we have conflicting information being sent on top of what we just sent. If we send the text opt in first and genius comes after then when the customer responds it shows as a reply to genius, so every time athe customer messages the genius does as well. It's very convoluted and many times I have to tell them to ignore it and it's a bot just so they understand what's going on.

Auto respondent should use the Email and phone number provided on the most recent inquiry. This continues to be a problem. A lead comes in and is matched to an existing customer. The lead provides a preferred contact (phone and/or email) that is different than what was in the original customer card. The AI will ignore this and attempt to text and email the old contact information. The system also continues to default the email and phone to the old information when you are completing tasks.

If a customer has an existing appointment and the customer replies to the Confirmation or Reminder email or text "R" to reschedule, Genius should attempt to reschedule the appointment and notify the associated users on the deal via Genius Follow-Up on the sidebar.

I would love it if the AI didn't tell customers when the vehicle they submitted a request on is not available. We have a much better chance of flipping the customer speaking to them ourselves :)

When a Genius is fired. It should automatically come back on, to, do further follow up, when a customer is marked lost, or, bad. NO WAY TO REHIRE GENIUS???

Allow us to enable the "genius" when we want to utilize her instead of defaulting her on. The "Genius" reached out two times to our potential clients after we reached out, causing the individual to discontinue communications.

The way this genius is set up would be great for a dealership that has an internet process on auto pilot. For ours it's more of a burden. We are actively engaging our customers on a daily basis and do not need the AI to jump into the conversation without permission to do so. There needs to be a setting where we can tell the AI when it's okay and not okay to jump into a conversation.

should be able to fire and re-enable genius, or set parameters so that genius doesn't send an email 3 minutes after I've sent the customer an email/text...or if that's the default, allow the genius to be re-enable genius for follow up if customer isn't responding to sales consultant follow up.

Hello! I was wondering if there is a way to turn off the auto appointment confirms from Genius by lead source? Currently it is all or nothing with turning Genius on or off for appointment confirms.

We would like to see Genius understand, summarize, and respond appropriately to trade valuation leads that do not have a vehicle of interest. We use TradePending, and Genius Summary always scrapes customers' trade information and includes it as the vehicle of interest in the lead summary, leading to confusion for our users when they reach out.
