Feature Requests

Currently there is an all or nothing set up for the Genius to send out appointment confirmations to clients. As an ultra luxury location, we often have what we call go-see test drive appointments where we go to a client at their place of employment or home. The appointment confirmation Genius sends out includes the dealer address causing confusion for the client with this type of appointment. As a result, we are not setting these appointments in the CRM; which causes inaccurate reporting. The addition of a go-see appointment for sales where the Genius does NOT send out appointment confirmations would be something we would use regularly.

I would a button to be added where we can turn ANA on and off, multiple times I have been with a customer and another contact me and managers are busy doing other things and I get a fumble. would be nice if I can turn ANA on when I am with customers, break, away from surface and at home and be able to turn her off when I am at my desk.

There is an option for genius: Nationwide delivery, yes or no. If you pick yes, ai will tell customers we can deliver to whatever zip was entered. If you pick no, ai will tell customers we only do business in person. There should be a way to pick a mileage range for delivery options; or better yet, make it so the ai says nothing at all about delivery, but will tell the customer she will confirm with sales agent like it does with vehicle availability.

A lot of the AIM and AI emails that are auto-sent to customers don't include a question. For example, one we see a lot is: "I feel like I'm not doing a good enough job for you on the 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Let's fix that!". "Last week you requested some more information on the 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I'm here for your questions." We have customers that are email only and are on day 20. All 9 of her emails that have gone out, not a single one of them asks a SINGLE question. Pointless emails. If you don't ask a question, it doesn't warrant a response. This is ESPECIALLY important on deals in the first 6 days. WHY DOES AI NOT ASK THEM TO COME IN?!?! ISN'T THAT THE POINT? Older customers, WHY ARE WE NOT ASKING IF THEY ARE STILL SHOPPING? PLEASE INCLUDE QUESTIONS IN ALL EARLY AI EMAILS!

I would love it if the AI didn't tell customers when the vehicle they submitted a request on is not available. We have a much better chance of flipping the customer speaking to them ourselves :)

If a customer has an existing appointment and customer asks for a different day / time, genius should reschedule the appointment and notify associated people on the deal.

It would be nice to be able to change the time of how quick the genius intiatlly responds to a lead. I would like the first chance to send the opt in text and email and if i dont after a certain time, then send and automated text and email

Any way to keep Genius from texting or emailing if we have already done so on a new lead? Customers are getting bombarded right away and would be off putting if it were happening to me.

If Sales or the BDC have a task already set to follow up with a customer the AI should not be able to also send a message, esp if it is the day or week a task is already set.

Currently if more than one customer has the same phone number the Genius self fires. The issue with that is for stores that get multiple leads with valid emails, but the customer doesn't want to provide a valid phone number. These customers will often use the phone number of the store as a place holder and the Genius will self fire. Those customers actually need the AI to work them through email because we have no other way to reach them. Can we get a setting where a store can determine what parameters the AI self fires or continues to work?
