If a customer has an existing appointment and the customer replies to the Confirmation or Reminder email or text "R" to reschedule, Genius should attempt to reschedule the appointment and notify the associated users on the deal via Genius Follow-Up on the sidebar.

When given the option to reply "R" for Reschedule, it makes it too easy for a customer to cancel.

Hello Jennifer Morris! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific issues have arisen from customers using the 'R' for Reschedule option?
- How often do customers use the reschedule option, and what impact does it have on your operations?
- Would you prefer an alternative method for customers to reschedule, or should the option be removed entirely?

Shelby Parker I have had several customers use the R to reschedule. I feel it would be best if we just gave them the option to confirm. If they want to reschedule, they can just ask. Thank you for looking into this.

We should be alerted because the ai will automatically reschedule possibly for times that won't work for the salesman or dealer.

Dennis Gingrich: just confirming, your suggesting Genius rescheduling the appointment when the customer responds "R" to the confirmation?
