Feature Requests

Either updating the Insight Counts to track for the entire deal, or provide additional Insight Count options for the entire deal in the column editor. Sometimes important context is missed when customers move stages, and this would save time when reviewing multiple customers in a pipestage.

Ability to add Vehicle Age column in Pipeline - specifically Delivered bucket.

This needs to become an option again - so many times the DMS and CRM do not match and we need to relink them in the CRM to show a vehicle sold. Also if a lead needed an appt or something before being closed out - we used the unlink and relink buttons daily to fix these things.

Is there a way that you can add a filter in the leads list to filter out dead/delivered leads in order to show all active leads? Is there a way we can filter to only show active leads and have a full list that I can go through and review? Thanks

If you guys could eventually separate vehicle exchange leads in campaign from the outbound prospects/contacted in the pipeline and engaged buckets, it would make sorting through a lot easier to manage.

The sales pipeline page has a lot of free real-estate. I'd like to be able to put custom sticky notes on that screen and be able to move them around and color code them etc...

Having the option to filter out the dead leads.. when going through your lead bucket.. this will make it easier to go through your current active leads

can we please have a tab or page with all the customers we have hit with a "hot" sign

I'd like to put Appointments Set Bucket on the Main Screen inbetween engaged and visits. This will give a full process from engaged, set appts, visits, proposals, and sold. makes it easier to see how we are handling engaged customers and moving them to the next step (appointment). Each store has their own KPI's so making this screen 100% customizable without having to deep dive in a report would give each store a reminder of where they stand in regards to KPI. (ie for my store we have a lot of engaged but not a lot of appointments. so instead of working deals over the phone let's focus on the appointment to get them here)

User would like to be able to edit the sold status (ordered, sold, pending) without unmarking the deal unsold first.
