Feature Requests

The sales pipeline page has a lot of free real-estate. I'd like to be able to put custom sticky notes on that screen and be able to move them around and color code them etc...

When looking at Internet Leads via the top Lead Icon, you can add filters. One Filter that is missing that would be nice to have is the Source Description. We can now filter by Source to see only Internet. By adding a Filter for the Source Description, we could then filter down to each individual Source provider to work through just that Source, such as CarFax, CarGurus, ect.

Ability to add Vehicle Age column in Pipeline - specifically Delivered bucket.

Having a way of listing all the leads that came in regardless of Status. from EX: Sat - Current. Sometimes with the round robin. It does not take in to account if a lead was marked dead - Meaning we have to manually change the lead. It is hard to tell when someone last got a lead if the lead gets moved to engaged or visit.

This needs to become an option again - so many times the DMS and CRM do not match and we need to relink them in the CRM to show a vehicle sold. Also if a lead needed an appt or something before being closed out - we used the unlink and relink buttons daily to fix these things.

Add active tag on the lead screen. Weeds out dead leads and make calling quicker.

Customer should stay in engaged if we send numbers and they have not yet visited the store.

Please add more filters in the sales pipeline. Would like to filter out source descriptions or deal status (dead,sold, etc). Maybe a "create your own filter" type of thing?

An aditional folder/submenu on the home page where our orders and waitlisted customers appear (For instance next to the snoozed button.). These clients require monthly updates, and are long term management contacts. They require as much upkeep and contact as a client we are working as a hot lead. Finding them easily without referencing paper notes is essential. Thank you for your consideration.
