Ability to add Vehicle Age column in Pipeline - specifically Delivered bucket.

There should be a filter in the Engaged Pipeline to filter out leads with appointments already set since they do not need the same follow up as an engaged lead waiting for an appointment to be set.

Is it Possible, To add filter tags to the CRM, to filter out Dead or Sold Leads from your Lead list or work Plan. Even to add a Filter to only show Currently active leads, so it removes/hides the leads that have already been sold, or marked dead. I feel this will help with follow up and make things look less cluttered and save time with sorting through follow up, especially with Long term Follow up.

I'd like to be able to put custom sticky notes on the screen and be able to move them around and color code them etc. Possibly on the homepage where there's a lot of real estate. This would be good for personal note taking/agendas/sales goals, etc.

To have a Deposit status for the customers who have made a deposit so the BDC agents don't call them.

There should be a lead stage bucket in the pipeline. It is really easy to forget about lead-stage customers when you have to go to lead history to find them.

Unsure if permissions are a part of the issue, just looking to begin my usefulness to the company and this process. Example: obtaining "cold leads" for reaching out.

Currently, a customer who has an appointment scheduled but no other tasks will show as having "No Follow Up" in the sales pipeline. This doesn't make much sense, as an appointment is kind of the gold standard, face-to-face version of follow up.

This needs to become an option again - so many times the DMS and CRM do not match and we need to relink them in the CRM to show a vehicle sold. Also if a lead needed an appt or something before being closed out - we used the unlink and relink buttons daily to fix these things.

Would it be possible to have an Appointment Section in the pipeline?
