Add “Customer Tags” as an optional visible column in Pipeline
Customer Tags are helpful for organizing and triaging leads, but right now the only way to see a tag is by filtering: + Add Filter → Customer Tags. That means tags aren’t visible at a glance on the pipeline itself, and users have to either filter (which hides other records) or click into a customer to confirm the tag. This adds friction and reduces the practical value of tagging. Requested Improvement Add Customer Tags as a pipeline-visible field that can be turned on/off, similar to other optional columns/headers. Preferred options (any one would solve it): Display tag next to customer name on the pipeline card/row (ex: John Smith [Hot Lead] or a small pill/badge). Add a dedicated “Customer Tags” column/header on the pipeline list view. Key Requirements Optional / user-configurable: Each user (or dealership admin) can enable/disable the tag display. Sortable: If implemented as a column/header, allow sorting A–Z / Z–A, same as other fields. Works without filtering: Tags should be visible without needing to filter and hide other records. Supports multiple tags (if applicable): Show the primary tag or show multiple as small pills (with truncation like “+2” if needed). Why This Matters (Impact) Faster triage and follow-up prioritization without clicking into records Better team consistency (everyone can see the same tag context immediately) Keeps the funnel view intact (no need to filter out other leads just to identify tagged ones) Makes the new Tag feature actually usable as a visual organizer in daily workflows Example / Use Case Sales reps tag new leads as “Buying Soon”, “Researching”, or “Needs Direction.” On the pipeline, they can instantly spot which customers need immediate calls vs nurture, without filtering the list and hiding other active leads. If you want, I can also write a shorter “one-paragraph” version for a support ticket form that has limited space.
