I'd like to put Appointments Set Bucket on the Main Screen inbetween engaged and visits. This will give a full process from engaged, set appts, visits, proposals, and sold. makes it easier to see how we are handling engaged customers and moving them to the next step (appointment). Each store has their own KPI's so making this screen 100% customizable without having to deep dive in a report would give each store a reminder of where they stand in regards to KPI. (ie for my store we have a lot of engaged but not a lot of appointments. so instead of working deals over the phone let's focus on the appointment to get them here)
