To make sure we’re designing this in a way that fits your workflow, could you clarify a couple things: in what scenarios are you typically needing to reassign a rep, and what’s the end goal you’re trying to achieve? Also, what should become “up for grabs” in your case (new leads vs existing opps/appointments/tasks), and at what stage should that kick in? Lastly, how do you define “no follow up attempted” today (no calls/emails/texts vs no logged activity), and what time window would be meaningful for your team?

Hi Shelby Parker an up for grabs option on existing leads that do not have a phone call, email, text, or note logged from the sales person in 5 days. This would ensure proper follow up otherwise you could loose your lead. Another Salesperson can grab it work it as a new lead for them.
