Be great to have that manager position next to the sales 1 , sales 2 and BDC, Lots feed back from staff as going to all different managers than the one that knows the file and numbers presented

It would be nice to have an option to have the Contact Card for the customer shown by default instead of having to click the little green arrow in a customer's profile to get it to expand. It is nice to be able to see all contact methods, all cars in their garage, etc. without having to go into the Credit App or individual tabs. Maybe this is a dealer option you can set to open or not so not everyone would have to do it if they didn't want to? I still think there's a lot of valuable detail there with the new design.

Please bring back the best contact method. Or a way to support calls with messages. I no longer know if a customer responds better with calls or emails/texts.

Add the option to select primary phone number and email for customers who have multiple of each on file.

Would be great if we could also see the close real quick on contact card and not only on open tab

It would be helpful if there was an unsubscribe from all button instead of having to do five different unsubscribes.

Is it possible to have the Finance Manager pull over on a booked deal?

Many times customers cannot get mail at their physical address... only at PO Box. Can we get a secondary field for address to accomodate PO Box addresses and keep the physical address fields.

Please add the co-buyer to the customer contact card! This is a very important request, and I agree that it's helpful to connect the co-buyer information to the co-applicant data on the credit application.

For accurate reporting and trackability of performance, closers should be separate from a desk manager. This ensures a clear delineation of roles and responsibilities, minimizing conflicts of interest and allowing for more focused supervision and evaluation. There should be the ability to add up to: 2 closers 1 Desk Manager 2 BDC gents 1 BDC Manager Right now we can only add: 2 Sales ( this is perfect) 1 bdc 1 closer
