Feature Requests

We would like to add something in the customer contact card to identify which phone numbers is whos. Many customers have more than one number, one of them could be the spouses number. Add a drop down option next to the phone number to allow us to put an open note in there, or have a list of options such as "spouses number" "second cell phone". I believe having an open note option - meaning we can free type in a text box next to the phone number in the customer card may be the best and easiest way to do it.

I have too may managers calling me asking how to edit a customers name or capitalization. I have to tell them to click on the little pen or pencil that pops up next to customer phone or email. The implication is that clicking those would be to edit the custoer phone or email...NOT take you to the edit customer info page.

Being able to update a customers address to an out of country address when they do not live in the United States. As a classic cars dealership we sell to customers who live all over the world and not being able to put in a correct address delays us from getting paperwork to a customer

Moreso a quality of life thing but when a lead comes in and it has a zip code attached, DriveCentric does not automatically fill it in with city and state automatically. It only does so if I delete the zip code and re-type it in. Just a small thing for QoL

Please add the co-buyer to the customer contact card! This is a very important request, and I agree that it's helpful to connect the co-buyer information to the co-applicant data on the credit application.

Ability to opt customer out of phone automatically when opting out of text, but if the customer submits another lead, that it re-opts the phone call ability back in automatically

the nickname field erases when a sold deal is pushed from our DMS (Tekion) back to Drive Centric. This is erasing data that has been there over multiple car deals but now is disappearing. Please lock this field

Add suffix section to Contact Contact Card and allow for it to be pulled in via driver's license scanner.

The new update is clean looking, but took away valuable information. Now there is no way to quickly see the customer birthdate or the sale date of the vehicle at a glance. Please put that back on the side card!

Would love to be able to mark a vehicle 'previously owned' instead of just deleting it from the profile. This helps a lot with steps to the sale and providing multiple options to the customer when purchasing. Multiple previous CRMs have seen the benefit in this feature.
