NICKNAME FIELD
the nickname field erases when a sold deal is pushed from our DMS (Tekion) back to Drive Centric. This is erasing data that has been there over multiple car deals but now is disappearing. Please lock this field

Entering of Date of Birth
When entering date of birth, it would be nice to be able to use the number instead of having to type the name. Also when the day is less than 10, the drop down or arrow down has to be used. It would be nice to be able to type 03 or just 3 instead of the arrow or drop down.

Marking a Garage Vehicle Previously Owned vs. Deleting
Would love to be able to mark a vehicle 'previously owned' instead of just deleting it from the profile. This helps a lot with steps to the sale and providing multiple options to the customer when purchasing. Multiple previous CRMs have seen the benefit in this feature.

Add Additional Users to the Customer Contact Card
I'd like to be able to have additional users assigned, just how you can have two sales people assigned. Ex: 2nd BDC, Desking manager, Finance Manager, Manager, etc.

Ability to address by Nick Name
Nick Names, can we please address our clients by what they are called. When we send an opt in for example can you make it where we can change the name. It looks so impersonal and more like spam if we should know they go by a different name.

When a new lead comes in off of an old customer, if their is a new phone number within the lead, it will show on top of the old number

Editing Contact Info in Customer Contact Card: Auto-Place Cursor in Selected Contact Field
When adding new contact information from the Customer Contact Card, the system should automatically place the typing cursor in the corresponding input field within the Edit Customer modal. Example: If a user clicks “Add” next to Email, the Edit Customer modal should open directly to the “Add Email” section with the cursor already active in the email field, ready for immediate typing.
