It would be helpful if when claiming a customer from another salesperson, salespeople only had the option to add themselves to the deal as Salesperson 1 or Salesperson 2 rather than having a third option to remove the other salesperson.

I would like to remove the ability to of clicking "Ignore" on a conversation from sales people. It would be a good restriction option to make available similar to not being able to delete a task.

As profile pictures are now customer facing via New Desking proposals please allow for this to be something managers can adjust on behalf of users

Its confusing to clients with multiple BDC , Sales associates contacting the same clients

At this time "Customer Notes" are only able to be removed/deleted by the user who created the notes. This is not helpful as some notes are not actually "Customer Notes" and the user may no longer work here. We do not want unnecessary notes to be stuck on files forever. This needs to updated at least allow management to delete these notes.

I would love to be able to see the appointments that are in the store as a whole not just my appointments so I do not have one of my guests coming in on the same vehicle when someone already has a guest here on it. This also goes along with being able to see who everyone else has in the store

can you just say on or off, keep trying to remember and on/off would require no thought

We have a store that would like to hide the proposal from showing within the activity feed so that salespeople can’t see them.

Hello, Currently, to Mine the whole database, the user needs to have "Store" access in the "Data Access" category. This "Store" access is linked to seeing all leads in the lead bucket currently on the clock, all unanswered messages, and all showroom activity. (the tiles in the left sidebar) This Mining tool access is crucial for a salesperson to find somebody looking for an opportunity to work and cultivate deals from the store's database. However, it is not necessary to see the unanswered messages of the whole store. Can we separate the more access to mining the database from the other permissions it grants? Make mining access its own category when granting permissions. Thanks! Hope this makes sense to others as well.
