Can we please get a feature that the sales team can see the sold long for everyone, not just themselves. Thanks!

I would love to be able to see the appointments that are in the store as a whole not just my appointments so I do not have one of my guests coming in on the same vehicle when someone already has a guest here on it. This also goes along with being able to see who everyone else has in the store

I'd love to limit the number of leads someone can grab from the Up for Grabs per day. We have a odd set up for our distributions. Our BDC manually distributes the leads to certain teams on certain days. Up for Grabs starts at 5PM and ends at 9PM Monday - Thursday, then it is Up for Grabs from Friday at 5PM until Sunday at 7 PM. I'd like to be able to limit the number of grabbed leads per day a sales person can grab. I have some individuals grabbing almost 100 leads a month and can't handle them. We know that talking with the sales person doesn't help and putting them on Vacation Mode is too tedious. Having this feature would really help!

Store Data permissions for A 2nd sales rep to add themselves or remove themselves without having access to remove another rep. We can have retention sales reps help work customers when needed and help sell more vehicles.

We would like to be able to adjust the permissions on an individual basis rather the always have to do the entire team. Example: we have someone going on vacation for a couple of weeks, and we have someone specific in mind we would like to follow up with those opportunities. We want to be able to update that specific person permissions, so they can see the store view but not the entire teams permissions.

At this time "Customer Notes" are only able to be removed/deleted by the user who created the notes. This is not helpful as some notes are not actually "Customer Notes" and the user may no longer work here. We do not want unnecessary notes to be stuck on files forever. This needs to updated at least allow management to delete these notes.

I would like to remove the ability to of clicking "Ignore" on a conversation from sales people. It would be a good restriction option to make available similar to not being able to delete a task.

It would be helpful if managers / Expert Users had the option to put a lead back up for grabs, that way we can ensure an active user is working it, and not someone on the lot or on a test drive.

Cars.com sends us leads. As an established rep with great service records, I get a number of these. The Drive Centric System is transferring those and assigning them randomly to other reps. Can this be resolved so I am assigned the lead when the cars.com lead specifies me?

very hard to manage permission. when you make a change, it changes our permissions and I have to review them all individually. It would be better if we could have one permission for each job title to make it easier to manage.
