Add a permission to Edit or Delete all Notes created by other users

At this time "Customer Notes" are only able to be removed/deleted by the user who created the notes. This is not helpful as some notes are not actually "Customer Notes" and the user may no longer work here. We do not want unnecessary notes to be stuck on files forever. This needs to updated at least allow management to delete these notes.

Ability to Edit/Delete Old Customer Notes
R
Rebecca Karr
We have years old customer notes made from former employees that we can't edit or remove. This example was from an old employee with a contact # typed in which isn't even accurate. Some customer profiles have their lease breakdown from 3 vehicles ago or old employers typed in or spouses that are no longer their spouse.

Hiya Rebecca Karr, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific permissions should be required to edit or delete old customer notes?
- How frequently do you encounter outdated or incorrect notes that need editing or deletion?
- Would you prefer a feature to archive old notes instead of deleting them?

ah nothing like notes pinned from 4 years ago that need to be updated but can't

Manager Access or Permission to Edit Notes and Customer Notes
C
Chelsie Cowart
Currently, only the user that made a customer note (in customer card side) can edit it. It would be beneficial if a manager could edit both notes on the file AND customer notes so that they stay current. Access to this should be limited to certain users to avoid manipulation of notes.

If he is referring to orphaned Pinned notes, I concur wholeheartedly.

Hey Samantha Fulford, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more context on the types of notes that are being incorrectly classified as 'Customer Notes'?
- What level of management or role should have the ability to delete these notes?
- Are there any specific scenarios where you think this feature would be most beneficial?

Shelby Parker 1. Notes that pertain to specific leads such as vehicle of interest, discounts, etc are not necessary to keep in the "Customer Notes".
