See All Dealership Appointments Regardless of Data Access Permissions

I would love to be able to see the appointments that are in the store as a whole not just my appointments so I do not have one of my guests coming in on the same vehicle when someone already has a guest here on it. This also goes along with being able to see who everyone else has in the store

Looking for a warning when 2 different sales members have appointments on the same car the same day.
I believe there is a warning within your own conflicting times scheduling appointments for any car. But to avoid scheduling an out of state guest on a car that someone else has a local guest appointment on, I think a notification could help.

We just asked our Sales Manager why the salespeople cannot see each other's delivery appointments and he said it is an access thing and you would have to give the salespeople too much access to give them access to everyone's delivery appointments. That seems silly to us. There should be a way for everyone to see all of the appointments so that they can schedule appropriately.

- How should the notification be delivered to the sales associates (e.g., email, SMS, in-app notification)?
- Is there a specific timeframe before the appointment when the notification should be sent?
- Should the notification include any specific details about the appointments or the car involved?

Shelby Parker I think either as you're setting the appointment there be a prompt window stating "Conflicting Vehicle of interest" kind of like how it does a prompt when you double book your self in the same hour. Or an @ mention in the notifications to both salesmen.
If it can notify both salesmen, that they both booked an appointment on the same car in the same day. Regardless of how close the time frame is.
I'm not sure what the best way would be, but anything could help! Thank you.

This would be great to have! DealerSocket has a really good one in my opinion. You are able to filter it by store view (image attached) or by team.

There is an "Appointment Board" (great for streaming to a TV in showroom) located in Store Settings, General, Appointment Board (at the bottom). This only shows the current day's appointments and it totals the appointments at the top, but this may not get you what you're looking for.
