Be great to have that manager position next to the sales 1 , sales 2 and BDC, Lots feed back from staff as going to all different managers than the one that knows the file and numbers presented

There should be an option to log inbound calls and have them count as a call completed with call notes.

I have a customer who passed away that shares his email address with a service customer who is also very elderly and will never purchase again. I want to make sure we never contact this customer again, but also don't want to lose all of the customer information by deleting the customer record. Giving us the ability to mark a customer "never contact" or even just "deceased" that would take the steps to ensure that we treated them appropriately would be very useful.

Add functionality to keep all activity, notes, and staff assignments with the deal, regardless of buyer changes. If primary buyer changes to co-buyer or is removed, original activity for that deal should stay with the deal, not move with the buyer. This includes notes/activity and BDC assignment. Scenario: Client1 calls in and is entered into CRM, appt set and shows. Client1 is not the purchaser and SP adds Client2 as CoBuyer, switches Client1 & Client2, and removes Client1 from the deal. All notes/activity and BDC assignment stay with Client1 who now has no deal associated.

Random question.......will a program ever be written to remove a car from customer garage if they trade that car in on a new one? That way we stop getting prompts to call/contact customer for anniversaries, leases, ect.... for a car they traded in. system shows in the new deal the vehicle info anyway so perhaps that can be recognized and connected to "garage". Kind of makes us look like we do not know whats going on and can't even keep track of our customers vehicles

Would like to have the option of printing all the customer information along with the information of the vehicle they are interested in.

I would love a fire customer button. I dont want them removed but I want to have a way to mark them as we fired them, so no one books them for service or sales.

At the moment on a lead screen it shows green flag next to stock number and it is hard to see when quickly reviewing my pipeline is there a way that it can be more obvious like red sign or something informing that this vehicle is SOLD?

I'm hoping to flag leads as EV leads but it's tricky because there are so many different types of EVs, PHEVs, HEVs, but usually EV buyers are in their own category. I'd love a way to flag a lead or more likely a Vehicle of Interest as an EV. I'd love to be able to track EV/ICE vehicles similarly to tracking New/Used. I considered flagging the inventory itself but I care more about the lead status and VOI not what I have in inventory, ex. showing leads by inventory would not accurately reflect "I'm not sure, I think I want an EV" type customers.

It would be nice to block known shoppers and also rude/lude customers who harass staff members. To have the ability to block emails and phone numbers from CRM. Also you could have a list of these blocked emails and phone number to white list them in the future if customer apologizes for rude/lude acts.
