Marking a Customer Deceased would remove all Future Follow up and not allow anyone at the store to reach out

Add photos to notes.
Add the ability to save photos to the notes tab so we can have pictures of VIN numbers for deal jackets or a trade in picture.

Blocking Email Addresses and Phone Numbers
It would be nice to block known shoppers and also rude/lude customers who harass staff members. To have the ability to block emails and phone numbers from CRM. Also you could have a list of these blocked emails and phone number to white list them in the future if customer apologizes for rude/lude acts.

Favorite Customer
Having a "like/favorite" button on the customer card for customers you have a special relationship with would be helpful. Certain customers have a good enough relationship that you can reach out to them for referrals on special vehicles, and occasionally you just want to reach out or find them quickly to send them a card or something. It would be nice to filter for those customers.

Killing a deal not automatically on a reason
It would be great if when killing a deal, there was not already a reason chosen. There are a lot of deals getting killed as 'Bought Elsewhere' when that is not the reason as that is the one that is automatically selected when you click to kill a deal. I believe it should be set up like the call outcome choices where it says 'Select an Outcome', it should say 'Select a Reason'.

Change Color for Incoming and Outgoing Texts and Emails
Can we please implement where the incoming/ outgoing texts and emails are color coordinated so it is easier to navigate thru the activity section vs bouncing back and forth between that and communications tab.

The circle initial icon should be a color code for where there at in the deal. Would be a simple visual reference. EX: Hot, ORANGE, Snooze, PURPLE, proposal BLUE,

Ability to snooze more than once
Ability to snooze a customer more than once. We've had a lead tell us to check back in at a specific time and when we do for whatever reason we need to snooze again and cannot. Or for example if we have a customer where we order a unit and snooze to check in a month down the road and need to do this again we cannot since the snooze was already used.

Show stock number of vehicle of interest
Instead of having to hover over the vehicle of interest to see the stock number, just have it listed where it is visible at all times
