Add the ability to save photos to the notes tab so we can have pictures of VIN numbers for deal jackets or a trade in picture.

No way to remove customer if they have passed away.

Would like to have the option of printing all the customer information along with the information of the vehicle they are interested in.

Add the option to select primary phone number and email for customers who have multiple of each on file.

Customize the amount of time to snooze a customer. We have 100s of customers that have special orders that take 6 months or more, or customers whose leases aren't up for 5 months, etc.

A lot of the documents we request have sensitive information so rather than just having a "download" option, adding a "print" option can reduce the risks of downloading documents like social security cards, bank statements, drivers licenses, etc and having them float around our computer files

I saw that someone else had requested adding a body style option, but it was turned down and closed. It would be especially helpful with trucks, as many of our customers are not brand/model specific, but are looking for a truck with certain parameters.

An option to send credit applications to both buyers under "credit app" instead of sending under each profile. Or allow customer to add a co-buyer.

add a section for what language a customer is comfortable speaking so its not a waste of time annoying a customer that wont understand
