I would like to have the ability to attach documents or photos to notes. A picture is worth a million words.

We use the notes area often to request that certain team members do follow up or try certain responses and to communicate ideas on doing a better job with the prospect. It would be nice to be able to use a little humor here the way we do in chat, etc. and add GIFs to those notes. I think it would affect the communication in the store in a more positive manner, keep things light-hearted and keep the team more upbeat and engaged which would only help generate more sales.

Have a like button so that whoever tags someone in a note can like it instead of having to reply back. It shows that the tagged person acknowledges the message.

If I could upload screenshots to notes it would be a huge help. So many customers text me on my cell (Even when there is an open thread in DC) and it would be so convenient to be able to post photos to notes.

I believe a report or tracking system to view all notes added to a customers profile would be beneficial.

Feature request: Allow Management/BDC to have permission to unpin other users notes from the top of customer profiles. Often, when I am closing a customer profile out I have to call each person who has pinned a note to the top of the profile and ask them to unpin the information. Some notes need to stay pinned at all times such as "ONLY CALL AND TEXT" or "DO NOT CONTACT" however, majority of the notes we pin to the top are only needed while the customer is actively looking for a vehicle. Would just make things easier for the sales team :) One less thing to hassle with if certain ppl had that extra permission.

When leaving Notes and using the @symbol, is there a way that a reply button can be added rather than starting a whole new note so conversation can be kept going between staff when working deals.

Being able to add a pic or image to the customer nots as a screen shot or peace of useful info.

Can we have a dedicated note section that can be updated by management for follow up tasks for us, such as organizing delivery drivers, reminders to follow up with service on an issue with a sold unit, vehicles that need to be brought back to detail

Give us a NOTE section that is easy to click. allows us to keep track of whatever we want, goals, copy and paste text, etc.
