Have a like button so that whoever tags someone in a note can like it instead of having to reply back. It shows that the tagged person acknowledges the message.

I would like to have the ability to attach documents or photos to notes. A picture is worth a million words.

Being able to add a pic or image to the customer nots as a screen shot or peace of useful info.

Search for a client based on written notes or text conversation words

I really hope this takes off.... I want all notes to be next to Activity/Conversations with its own tab saying "Notes" This way organized sales associates who write notes can see date & time stamp all notes that we have done for the life of the deal / profile... I should not have to scroll through "miles" of activity to find older notes... Some clients are with us for years and we need to find family member names or details that we store in notes that should be handy and quick to gather. PLEASE VOTE YES FOR THIS!!!!!!!

When receiving a lead, the genius gives us a brief note. You need to scroll through the lead to review all details. It would be awesome if the brief note from Genius could be automatically pinned to the top. That way, when a producer receives the lead, they can fast-track the call and text to the customer with the note from Genius as the primary point of focus, thus reducing lead response time.

It would be super useful to be able to put notes attached to a specific vehicle. For example: Previously smoked in, or one key fob. That way, anytime that specific vehicle is pulled up in a any profile, the salesman is aware of that issue.

I’d really like Drive Centric to consider adding the ability to attach photos to internal notes. I think it would significantly improve communication and efficiency across departments. Right now, everything is text-based, which can lead to long explanations, misinterpretation, or important details getting buried. Being able to attach a photo would allow BDC, sales, and management to instantly see what’s being referenced; whether that’s vehicle condition, trade damage, recon needs, window stickers, deal worksheets, or desking structure. For example, instead of typing out a paragraph explaining a scratch, tire condition, or accessory, we could attach a quick photo and eliminate confusion. That reduces back-and-forth, saves time, and helps managers make faster decisions. It would also create better accountability and documentation. A visual record inside the deal could prevent misunderstandings later and keep everyone aligned. The current portal is okay, for things like trade photos. Overall, this would streamline communication, reduce friction between departments, and help move deals faster.

I’d like the ability to add photos from my phone directly to a customer’s notes. I do a lot of handwritten notes, so it would be great to have the option to include them as well. It would also be helpful to integrate Apple’s text scanning features within photos, so that handwritten or printed text could be easily captured and added to the notes.

THE ABILITY TO PIN SOMEONE ELSES NOTES! even at the manager level i can't pin a sales person's last notes.
