Feature Requests

Would love to be able to highlight or color code customers. Would make organizing and recognizing Out of State Customers easier at a glance!

Would love to add notes as a list in the system instead of a long sentence. Long detailed paragraphs are great in some cases, but when I want to just throw down some quick details, it would help me to have the ability to list things or use bullet points.

When a note is edited there is currently no way of knowing what was there and it would be nice to be able to reference the pre-edited note.

Can we have a dedicated note section that can be updated by management for follow up tasks for us, such as organizing delivery drivers, reminders to follow up with service on an issue with a sold unit, vehicles that need to be brought back to detail

Has anyone else wanted to be able to add photos to notes or is that just me?

Have a like button so that whoever tags someone in a note can like it instead of having to reply back. It shows that the tagged person acknowledges the message.

We are needing the ability to add attachments (photos, PDFs) to notes on the customer record.

Read Receipts on notes would be very helpful! Would allow people to know there note has been seen.

It would be great to be able to schedule a tag to antoehr person. An example would be a question for a sales person on their day off. Instead of interuppting that day, we could schedule a tag for the next day when they are back in store.

Being able to see all history in the log, including deleted notes.
