Expert user access to undo a merge. It doesn't happen often but sometimes when people are new or not paying close enough attention, they merge two profiles that are not actually the same person so it would be nice to have the ability to undo a merge

I think it would save a LOT of time if we could merge multiple duplicate leads that have all the same information vs having to merge all 20 profiles one by one. If we could just select a little box next to them and press "merge all" or something. Sort of the same concept as being able to delete multiple pictures or emails on a phone.

Ability to see leads that need to be merged without going into the deal completely.

I need a way to merge deals even when DC doesn't flag them as potential dupes.

So many issues with merging. I would have 2 profiles with exact name, phone number and email address and the system won't detect them as dupes. Meanwhile I get tons of duplicate suggestions for profiles with the same last name. How does this make sense? I have played with every merging setting to fix but to no avail. Phone and email matches should be a must for detecting dupes and not so much emphasis on names. Also too many clicks to merge 2 profiles.

When a customer is entered into the CRM with a coapplicant, sometimes in finance they swap the primary and co depending on the lien holder - once it is pushed through the DMS and back into the CRM it then creates a duplicate profile. Currently Drivecentric does not allow merges on those duplicate profiles due to it showing on the same deal. Can we get some sort of override on this??

Like being able to merge like customers, there should be an ability to merge deals that are under one customer/profile instead of having to kill them. That way they stop showing up in multiple stages in the pipeline, but it doesn't record as a killed/dead deal in the system.

It would be nice, instead of ignoring ALL duplicates for a customer, if we could choose to only ignore some of the duplicates, like all the ones that have the same work number.

Leads that come in with a different surname, phone number, and address (in the case of an unmarried partner, relative, etc.) are not triggered as duplicates and have to be manually added to the deal. These leads will still trigger workplan tasks to be assigned, even though they're unnecessary for the salesperson. A "Cosigner" option could tie these leads together on the same deal so that all the information, notes, and updates are shared on a single profile.

If delivered customer profiles match name, phone number and address. It would save a lot of time if the system could detect and match those areas, and if they do then automatically merge the accounts. We would only manually merge delivered accounts if they do not match.
