We should be able to break managers out of the standard daily activity report and also schedule it to send out to the team every morning.

Add Desking Button back to Desk Log
Bring back the "desk deal" quick link to the Dashboard instead of having to go into the customer detail screen to get a quote started.

Filter Desk Log for New/Used
When the new update happened on the desk log layout you can on longer filter NEW or USED when looking at visits proposals and sold like you used to be able to. I would love to be able to filter NEW/USED again.

Report for Video Open/Click Rate
A simple/standard report that would have the open rate for all videos (personalized and canned) in the store this month. Possibly also an option to divide those up? So open rate for personalized v. canned?

A top 6 report for BDC associates
Duplicate the top 6 report for BDC Associates and have it display under the retail report on the same page/screen.

Workplan History
It would be great to be able to see the percentage completion of a workplan from previous days. Or to be able to see the number of assigned tasks on a previous day in order to compare that to completed tasks.

We have recently changed our store hours and now our response time is hours instead of minutes.
we moved our closing time from 7pm to 8pm Monday thru Saturday and I think there is an issue with stopping the clock with regards to response time. Please review ASAP.
