Missed Tasks Report
I want a daily, weekly, and monthly report by user - so I can see who is not doing their tasks so I can hold accountable. If they did 12 tasks out of 52 on my day off, I want to know about it!!

Create a report that can track the open rate of emails sent by the salespersons/BDC.

Button to mark a deal as "Purchased" when it's a street buy
it negatively affects appointments sold percentages from the showed appointments for street buys.

TASK creation tracking
I would like a report that allows me to see any and all tasks created by me (regardless of who the task was assigned to), so that I can better track if the tasks are getting done or just being moved. It would allow us to have accountability tracking while not micromanaging every task.

Filter Desk Log for New/Used
When the new update happened on the desk log layout you can on longer filter NEW or USED when looking at visits proposals and sold like you used to be able to. I would love to be able to filter NEW/USED again.
