Hello Lidia Pearsall! Following up on this:
- What file format(s) would you prefer for downloading the lists (e.g., CSV, Excel, PDF)?
- How frequently do you anticipate using the download feature for lists in Standard/Advanced Reporting?
- Are there specific data fields or columns that are most important to include in the downloaded lists?

Shelby Parker I prefer EXCEL OR CSV FORMAT. I will be analyzing data weekly, so this is imperative to have access to. I need be able to analyze our after hour leads, and the existing reports are providing minimal data while we receive more leads after hours than during business hours. I'd like to have customer data+ location, vehicle data, trade data, time stamps for created, engaged, visit, proposal, deal stages, phone, text, email, video count, appointments, calls, text, email video performed during after hours (ah response time on each) than business hours response times for after hour leads, Source, source types, source descriptions, sales, managers, etc.. This would help create my own reports since Drive centric is not having more details. Unless Ross will make some magic for us!!!
