Currently it looks like AIM is not able to pull numbers from Private offers and share that with the customer. This would be better to offer "you have a private offer for up to $3000 towards the purchase of a new vehicle" rather than "you have a private offer. Are you interested?"

Now that AIM is spamming people from 10 years ago, we are getting an excessive number of "please remove me from" texts and email replies and there is nothing we can do other than delete their phone number and email to prevent AIM from messaging them since AIM has the ability to ignore opt-outs.

Have the ability in the "Manage Subscriptions" section of a customer card, to opt them in or opt them out or AIM follow up. This would give us the ability to take the problem customer out of getting the Ai from reaching out and scratching off the scab on the wound. At the same time, when you opt them in, helps give you a little control on customers that need a little extra nudge.

Can we enable Genius to be able to decipher a DNC note or a tag? Is there a way we can have Genius be able to sort customers by "do not include customers that have the tag Do Not Contact" It would ensure that we would not contact the customers that do not want the AI messaging them without us needing to unsubscribe them from ALL users

I like to the concept of firing the ai from responding, but it would be great for it cease communication after pressing the button. Its redundant to introduce yourself to a client then it chimes adding insight that's not necessary.

One of these AIM leads it makes goes to GRAB IT instead of our normal lead pool for managers to distribute, and when we grab it it makes the manager BDC. When you remove them from BDC it removes the sales person.

AIM is creating leads despite the customer only replying that they don't have the car anymore. Not even a conversation. Not even a mention of interest in something new. Now my sales team has to grab a lead that is worthless, bother a customer who clearly has no reason to be contact, do the required video that must accompany all new leads, then have it Dead and kill our stats. This is an absolutely worthless system that is wasting customers time, managers times, and salespeople's time.

AIM sends someone a message, the customer replies and the notification pops up like a normal unreplied to Genius message. However once the Genius replies that notification goes away as if it was replied to like a normal salesperson. This is not consistent with other Genius correspondence. This is a MAJOR problem because the Genius will tell customers "I'll have a service advisor follow up" or "Ill have your salesperson reach out" etc. AND THEN DOESNT DO ANYTHING OR NOTIFY ANYONE. Terrible programming, and I'm sick of beta testing a product you've sold us as ready.

AIM sent a customer we sold a car to 3 weeks ago asking her to come in and buy a new car. It was a birthday message and it used that opportunity to pester a sold customer ABOUT the car we sold her. Terrible.
