When "fire genius" is used on a customers profile, this should also work if utilizing AIM and be built into any marketing campaigns going out naturally. Too many Guests are getting upset that they are getting reached out to when they asked for emma (our genius name) to not reach out already. I tell sales and bdc after "firing genius" to unsubscribe from email, marketing emails, and texts and make a note about it and pin it. This way they can still reach out and know for anytime they are on the profile and in the future, as a reminder they will have to toggle on to make contact and off after. This way when a campaign with AIM goes out "emma" (genius) wont reach out to them (if they happen to fall under the criteria) The only problem with this is that it limits any follow up tasks to just calls firing, depending on how your tasks are set up, not to mention all the time wasted with doing all of that. If it was just imbedded within "fire genius" also with AIM/campaign, then this would solve these issues. Dealerships can have the option of "fire genius" be a Manager Only option too. Then permission is required to fire genius, and others would have to ask to have genius fired and lead reviewed. This way it is not mistreated and your marketing campaigns are still targeting all of your customer base in the present and future, how your management team sees fit.
