Ability to filter genius follow up based on dead deal status. There is no reason for the AI to contact dead deals with "bought elsewhere" or "finance declined"

We're losing ability to text people daily by not having this. We need to stop the AI from reaching out to people that purchased elsewhere. I'm sure they wouldn't reply "Stop" if their actual rep reached out.

Shelby Parker I’d definitely support this. We’ve run into situations where Genius continues following up with customers after a deal has been marked as “bought elsewhere” or “finance declined.”
Having the ability to exclude specific dead deal statuses from Genius follow-up would help prevent awkward or irrelevant communication and make the AI follow-up feel much more intentional.
