It would be nice to be able to add a price range without having to add a make and model for used car customers that are seeking a vehicle under a certain price, this would enable salespeople to get notified when a car hits the used car inventory that matches a customers target price area.

#1: Drive tosses away all the formatting when we add notes in #2: We cannot attached pictures or attachments in drive to a customer in the notes section. #3: When you are texting or notes, if you browse away drive loses all that data you have typed in. Incredibly annoying

Can we have an option to add a vehicle to a customer's wishlist if the vehicle is not in stock?

Currently, the default field options appear to be designed specifically for vehicles and do not align with our business needs as a motorcycle dealership. We would like these fields to be customizable as it would save a considerable amount of time for my team - Not to mention help with consistency for pulling these fields later in the data mining.

I have customers that are looking specifically for 2 door regular cab trucks and would like to be able to add to the wishlist without being notified about all the typical 4 door crew cabs that arrive.

when you paste a VIN and there's a space at the end, it should know to remove that. there's lots of websites and other systems that will have a space at the end from clipboard. it's annoying because you have to delete the space manually every time. depending on the computer if it has popups for vins, you have to additionally dismiss this pop up, in order to click the window and then remove the space manually as well

It takes quite a bit of time to filter through every option the wish list pulls up on new trucks when a customer is only looking for diesel. With a fuel type option we could limit down so much faster and help send better options to clients more promptly. Having to wade through so many options bottlenecks sales and BDC.

i would like to be able to snooze deal until wish list is fulfilled

We have a lot of customers who want Diesels only, I don't currently see Fuel Type as an option. This would be a huge gain as If we have a large amount of inventory it would cut down on the notifications for any particular matching model.

Wishlist Match on ALL make/model regardless of body style if not specified — If a vehicle make/model is added to a customer wishlist, the system should pull in ALL matching vehicles for that make/model regardless of body style unless a specific body style is selected. For example: the Honda Civic is offered as both a sedan and hatchback. I added “Honda Civic” to a customer’s wishlist with the expectation that any/all Honda Civic matches within the customer’s budget criteria would notify me. However, that was not the case. After stumbling across a matching vehicle on the website myself, I cross-checked the customer’s wishlist and realized it never populated because the system was only recognizing this vehicle as a “Honda Civic Sedan”. That means I would essentially need to create separate wishlist entries for each possible body style in order to account for all matching inventory — which is not ideal or efficient, especially considering the wishlist maximum is currently capped at 3 items. If a body style is not specifically selected by the user, then all available body style options within that make/model should be included in the match results.
