Genius to try and schedule apts based on salespersons schedule.
can we have genius make an attempt to schedule apts for salespeople based on their schedule? This would be the first attempt at scheduling an apt, 2nd attempt or more would be whenever genius could get them in.

Adding Sales/BDC to AI Alert tab for ease of viewing who is assigned
Rather than opening each individual client, it would be nice to 'see' who is assigned to customers that AI alerts us that needs help..

Genius Follow-Up Notifications
Genius Follow-Up Notifications should clear from sidebar if/when a Deal is killed, an inbound/outbound call is completed, a text is sent, etc.

Being able to edit Genius responses
We should be able to have specific responses for specific lead sources

Make contact info shareable by Genius
Give each user the ability to "turn on" or "turn off" the sharing of their contact info to customers by the AI. A lot of salespeople don't care if the AI provides their phone number to a customer. So give us the ability to turn that feature on or off in the general profile.

Provide option for less vehicle details
The level of detail on the vehicle provided by genius sounds very robotic and automated. We should have the option to simplify the level of information included on the vehicle such as only year, make and model.

Give Genius the ability to defer to sales for when customer requests a refund
Current Genius deposit setting is related to whether Genius will attempt to get a deposit from customer prior to engagement - there should also be an option for genius to defer to salesperson if a customer requests for a deposit refund instead of replying or suggesting that a sales user will assist them with the refund (Should not say sales will assist them with the refund specifically)
