Added custom position types/in user management-please add as an additional title as /'Fleet Sales'.

I would like to have the ability to clock users out of Drive if they are with a customer so that any leads go to available users.

I want to be able to customize our team names in the system as opposed to relying solely on the team lead's last name. This will help add some fun to the system and help differentiate teams when I have team leads with similar last names.

As an Admin we should have the options so if a user forgets to clock out the admin can take them off the clock? Tim

After a Sales Consultant or BDC rep is no longer with the company, I would like to be able to redistribute the lead based on the status, not all at once or by a single customer at a time. Example, redistribute all open leads to sales consultants but all sold or dead deals to Genius AI or BDC representatives.

When Redistributing Customers it would be awesome to do so while sending an auto email (template) to the customer introducing themselves and letting them know that they're there for any of their needs, wants, etc.

For reporting purposes it would be helpful to allow one user to be the team leader of multiple teams. We have two teams on the sales floor and also our BDC. I wanted to create teams for all of those with myself as the team lead but I am unable to do that

There should be a way to mass reassign leads by source and open leads only.

On VIN you could set customers to a daily/weekly/monthly follow up. It's just not the same here on drivecentric. I'm constantly getting lost in the sauce on my engaged customers. There has to be a better way then setting your own tasks to follow up with them.
