Feature Requests

I want to be able to customize our team names in the system as opposed to relying solely on the team lead's last name. This will help add some fun to the system and help differentiate teams when I have team leads with similar last names.

I would like to have the ability to clock users out of Drive if they are with a customer so that any leads go to available users.

It would be very helpful if admins could edit user signatures. We utilize custom signatures and our users aren't always on point when it comes to inputting the signature we have provided for them to use.

Sometimes we need to switch sales one and two so you must remove one, add the other etc. It creates extra notifications and slows down everything. It would be nice if there was a feature for switching the primary on it. Also, having it where the tasks for sales one and two are shared would be nice. That way if S2 makes a call it removes it from the deal instead of leaving it.

Add a notification for users to indicate their account is currently on vacation mode on login / clock in to allow them to check in with management team as to why they're unable to receive leads

Please have the vacation icon show on the salespersons round initials in the upper right corner of the screen. please show a palm tree if they are marked on vacation. The same way the managers see that in store settings under user management.

It would be great if the admins for the store could upload the employee's profile photo in their CRM profile for them.

When assigning a BDC rep to a customer profile, it should only show BDC reps in the drop down menu and not the entire staff available.

I would love the ability to have global access to multiple accounts as a call center owner.
