Feature Requests

You can only scan a license in the mobile app if you are creating a new profile. It would be nice if we were able to go to the current profile to scan without having to create a whole new profile. This will help prevent sourcing issues and unnecessary duplicates and give an easy way to keep track of license scans.

It would be great if there was a capability to push to DMS for the app. Don't need full desking capabilities, but would like to be able to get a deal number on the fly. That way a sales person off shift talking to a customer can get that sent over to management

You should be able to access multiple stores at once via the mobile app, just like you can on the desktop. Right now, if you are part of multiple stores, when a customer replies you do not get the notification unless you are logged in to that specific store. You should be able to select multiple locations, therefore giving you the access, visibility, and notifications you need for customer replies.

deals that are "up for grabs". I get multiple notifications on my phone that there's an up for grabs, but when you click on the first it is blank then I click on the second and it says already tied to someone else. It does this for every up for grabs after hours. How can it be up for grabs if it is already tied to someone else?

I would be convient for the ability to print saved documents from the mobile app

As a user, I would like to see a numeric badge count on my DriveCentric Mobile App that includes my number of Unreplied Messages, Unread Notifications, and Unread Chit-Chat Messages.

Would love a tablet version of the mobile app for live desking purposes.

The current mobile app he based for a phone at least on the apple store. I use an IPad as my main source of tech over a desktop. Would be nice to have a app that mimics the desktop capibility and layout for tablet users.

When you are receiving a text message from a customer and the phone numbers on the profiles are Husband and wife's number. On the mobile app you can't see who your responding back to so in return i end up texting the wrong person back and i don't have the option to choose who i am responding to. It makes the customer upset-
