The ability to continue the same email conversation on the mobile app rather than send as a new email thread each time.

Have checked numerous models ranging from iPhone 12-iPhone 16 Pro. All currently running last iOS

If I am on the App, I want all my customers and tasks in all store to be able to show at one time. It is very difficult to search a customer or deal when I have to filter through which store they might be in, or if they have duplicate leads in multiple stores.

I cannot use my iPad without the app looking as if it is the same size as my phone. It is frustrating to use and causes issues when trying to work from home.

when recording the video it looks like a close up and does not allow us to zoom in or out and it does not allow us to flip the camera when recording us as salesman need these options! please fix asap

It would be nice to be able to make changes to appointments from the mobile app. If someone calls in and changes their appointment time or day, there's no way to edit an appointment already set from a mobile device

Add the feature to be able to zoom in on images within the mobile app

As a user, I would like to see a numeric badge count on my DriveCentric Mobile App that includes my number of Unreplied Messages, Unread Notifications, and Unread Chit-Chat Messages.

When a driver's license is scanned without a middle name, "NONE" is automatically added to the Middle name field. During credit pushes, this causes an error with provider if not caught before processing. Please code the field to be left blank, instead.

It would be great if there was a capability to push to DMS for the app. Don't need full desking capabilities, but would like to be able to get a deal number on the fly. That way a sales person off shift talking to a customer can get that sent over to management
