When a client has multiple numbers opted in (spouses, cosigners, work lines, etc.) there is no way to differentiate which number is texting you when you are in the chat function in the app like it does on the "activity page".

When you are receiving a text message from a customer and the phone numbers on the profiles are Husband and wife's number. On the mobile app you can't see who your responding back to so in return i end up texting the wrong person back and i don't have the option to choose who i am responding to. It makes the customer upset-

It would be great if there was a capability to push to DMS for the app. Don't need full desking capabilities, but would like to be able to get a deal number on the fly. That way a sales person off shift talking to a customer can get that sent over to management

The app is currently somewhat limited in what can be read as far as previous activities vs on the computer. Things like which number texts or calls are made from and to, previous activity from before the current active lead, pinned notes etc. In a mobile driven world having the same information being accessible in both the app and the computer I feel would be integral for taking leads from home, following up after hours, or when your out on the lot. I believe this would better the user experience in ensuring the right information can be accessed, and communicated to the right contact number/method. I understand with an app there will always be some limits to functionality but this feels like an oversight that could be corrected. Thank you.

When a user attempts to type an SMS to a customer, any previously shared messages are unable to be seen. Making sure that we understand the context is very important to maintaining accurate communication. There are situations where this could hurt us (e.g. a customer saying, "is that a problem?" vs. one saying "can we do that?", where an answer of "yes" could mean two different things...).

As a user, I would like to see a numeric badge count on my DriveCentric Mobile App that includes my number of Unreplied Messages, Unread Notifications, and Unread Chit-Chat Messages.

Add in store icon and count back to main menu bar - replace genius icon with in store icon

I have an issue accessing the app and sending texts, emails or videos through it.

Since I use my cell phone for the delivery photo. I used the app to add the delivery photo and it sent to the customer. BUT unlike the video being huge and easy to see the photo shows no where? How do I see the photo >

Hi...maybe I'm missing it. On mobile, when multiple numbers are attached and you want to text the one who last responded. I am never certain that I am because the text log doesn't show the number that last texted. Is there a way I know which number is texting me? See my attachment. It shows 2 textable numbers. In the background, you can see the message. Which one do I use? Thanks!
