If you have admin access you should have the ability to respond to a new lead without “Grabbing it”

Allow people with the highest access to jump into leads after hours without having to “Grab It.” I can currently add notes to the customer profile. However, I am unable to respond to the customers inquiry via email or text.

Shelby I just realized that I have the ability to email back when I am on the Desktop version of the site. I am unable to Email or Text the customer on my mobile app.
