Right now, on mobile I am required to input a First and Last Name before I can see if a new customer is in the system. On PC I can search by First, Last, Phone # or Email separately without the other information. Is there a way to implement the current system for adding a customer on PC to the Mobile app?

Austin Bailey Thank you for the feature request! I am going to move this one to Gathering Votes to see what other users think about this request. Thank you again and have a great day!

Great to hear your perspective, Austin Bailey! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details about the frequency of this issue and how it impacts your workflow?
- Are there any other features from the PC version that you would like to see implemented in the Mobile app?
- Do you have any suggestions on how you would like the search functionality to work on the mobile app?

Shelby Parker, I would say it is a weekly to bi-weekly occurrence that I meet a customer on the lot that refuses to come inside, but has been speaking with a sales person, whose name they can't remember, prior to arrival. Looking them up by just their phone number would be simpler than potentially misspelling their names, and further slowing down the interaction. To be clear this isn't a big problem, but simply an QoL adjustment I thought would smooth out the process a bit more.
As far as implementing would go, simply removing the first and last name as a required field to add a new customer on the mobile app, and instead making one of the fields (First name, Last Name, Phone, Email) required like the PC version and using that existing search feature would probably handle it, as my goal would be to get to their profile as quickly as possible and send a mention to their assigned salesperson that they are on the lot.
