Feature Requests

Would like the option to assign users to deals directly from within the Mining tool, particular at a mass level, similar to the Assign Tasks available. This would be helpful especially for Orphan customers, and for assigning customers to new users without removing all customers from another user.

I would love the ability to see the Dead Deal Reason Note included on the mining columns with out going to the customers profile to view notes

Currently you can only search for specific years/ makes/ models. I just want a list of leads that have any trade at all.

I'd like to have Source Description Groups added to the mining tool. This would allow much more flexibility when mining lists.

With a combination of Sales and Service filters, we would be able to find customers who have purchased from us with no closed RO.

The daily SFTP files include a Customer ID column, I would love if the mining tool also had the ability to include the Customer ID field so we can map/match mining data to the SFTP data in our CDP.

I want to be able to filter using "or" as an option instead of having to make separate segments every time. For example, I'd like to be able to filter by deals created this month OR deals sold this month so I can include carryover deals without having to make two separate lists that are going to overlap anyway. I want to be able to filter by the last email blast we sent. The only default is if they've received one in the last 24 hours but I want to limit how many email blasts people get so we aren't annoying them. Ideally, I should be able to add a filter so I can say not received an email blast in the past X days.

When creating Reports in Mining, add an option to Share with Managers only, not just "Entire Store."

Currently, there is no way to mine for numerous deliveries. So if I wanted to find the most loyal customers that purchased 2+ vehicles in 5 years, I cannot do that.
