Managers should have the ability to see (both in group and individual) the tasks we assign to sales reps through the mining tool and the ability to edit the assigned tasks in bulk exclusive to that mine. Also, tasks assigned due date should not mean the date that the task is assigned. "Due" in the English language means due, not when assigned. This systematically makes all of those tasks immediately "late" when they were assigned and the moment they show up for sales reps which messes up their performance data. For example, I just created a Thanksgiving text task for a sales rep through mining and put it "due" by tomorrow (Thanksgiving) morning so that the sales rep can send out the messages all day today at his convenience (before Thanksgiving Day since we are closed tomorrow and so they aren't showing up as late on his data since this is a voluntary task assignment). It is due before Thanksgiving so he should be able to see those tasks now and complete them before they are "due." The system didn't show him any of these tasks so we found that they won't show up in his account until tomorrow now. I now have no way of going into the system, as a system admin and manager, to edit the tasks done through mining or even see them. There is no record of this happening and support can't even help with finding them. Managers should be able to see the tasks they assign as that leaves no room for accountability and no room for the ability to edit mined tasks if needed in situations such as this. With having multiple managers, we should be able to see what each other are assigning to sales reps. Having the ability to view and edit mined tasks specifically should cover all of these issues (except for the fact that the system has tasks showing due when they should show as assigned on the date attributed). Our store gives store data access to our sales team to facilitate the understanding of a customer's full history with the dealership. This complicates our efforts at sharing mining segments, because we can't provide them with a segment that isolates their customers. If there were a filter option in mining to filter by "Active User", such that when user Joe Schmoe clicks into a given shared filter he sees only his customers, but user Jane Schmoe sees only her customers, that would solve this issue.

Currently, when salespeople are granted access to the Mining Tool, they also gain visibility into areas outside their role scope—such as the full pipeline, showroom visits, all incoming internet leads (not just those assigned), and the ability to check customers out of the store. While the Mining Tool itself is valuable for targeted outreach—such as filtering customers by birthday, APR, term, vehicle purchased, or lost leads—this broader access creates unnecessary risk and confusion in daily operations. Request: We would like to see a permission setting that allows salespeople to use the Mining Tool without giving access to the full pipeline view, all showroom visit logs, unassigned or all incoming leads, customer check-out functionality The ideal outcome would be for the Mining Tool access to be standalone or tied to a more limited permission set appropriate for sales-level users, so they can prospect efficiently without accessing manager-level functions or unrelated data.

I'd like to be able to mine customers based on their value. Each customer has a "Value" tab that lists the vehicles purchased and money spent in service, but we aren't able to mine and target our high value customers.

Please make it so that we can select multiple files and round robin BDC reps on them for files that do not have a BDC rep. Specifically in the mining section.

There is currently no way within the mining tool for us to identify customers that we've had interactions with in service or on the sales floor, but to whom we've not yet delivered a vehicle. Adding a "delivered deals" yes/no criteria in the mining tool would allow us to isolate, recognize, and connect with these customers appropriately.

When marking a customer HOT in your mining folders it doesn't show the ICON until you click on the customer profile and open up each individual one. I'd like to be able to see if next to the name prior to having to open each individual profile.

Please add team filters in mining. We are often having to sort by individual users on a team - versus the overall team function.

Would like the option to assign users to deals directly from within the Mining tool, particular at a mass level, similar to the Assign Tasks available. This would be helpful especially for Orphan customers, and for assigning customers to new users without removing all customers from another user.

When I claim customers I should be able to see a list of them whether they have a deal or not. EVERY OTHER CRM HAS THIS!! An example of when this is useful. It's the end of the month and I need to sell a couple more cars to hit my number. I pull up a list of customers that I've accumulated and not sold, service customers, friends, family, prospects I've cold called that aren't orphans of the dealership. Then I can go through that list and call them and see if I can make them a new dealership customer. The issue with the way we have to do it now is that I have to either put them in a separate spreadsheet which is what I'm doing now. OR I have to create a deal for all of them and keep snoozing it which management will not appreciate. This is such a simple feature and it is HIGHLY utilized at dealerships. It's basically a list of contacts. I shouldn't have to remember the names of every single person. I have 357 people on my spreadsheet.
