I don't like deleting appointments if they cancel because I like having the history of an appointment being set. It would be convenient though if we can mark them cancelled so when going through working on confirmations we can easily see who already cancelled without having to open the customer profile.

We would like to have the ability to add an appointment / back date an appointment. I know that this is possible with Expert User functionality but we would like to have this as a permission that can be toggled in and off without using Expert User.

Is there anyway we could get a filter so we can search for the service advisor that the appointment is scheduled under?

In the Legacy Appointments tool, we have column selections that we could choose from and one of them was the "Appointment Note". In the Appointments 2.0 tool, we do not have this column option anymore. This column helped me quickly identify what each Appointment was for in one location instead of needing to access each customer record to see what the Appointment was for. I would love to see this be added into the new Appointments 2.0 tool to help my day out!

I know auto confirm set appointments is already an option, but I don't want to confirm my future appointment. An option to auto-confirm for same day would be great!

Many BDCs like ours work the guest for a specific time to increase the show rates.

We love the new appointment dashboard; however, we'd love to be able to easily track on the appointment dashboard if an appointment confirmation video has been sent. The video tracker is available as a column that can be added; however that doesn't track if it was an appointment video vs lead/engaged, etc.

I am finding it difficult with this new update. having both service and sales appointments open in one tab is making it confusing on finding our sales appointments. I wish it would still have the the sale and service tab. And if you want sale by time you cant have unless you want all of service they as well. I just want sales by time

On Mobile, I have noticed the issue where it doesn't allow me to change the sales rep on the appointment. For my job as BD, having the ability to change the sales rep on mobile helps a lot when working remotely and don't have access to a computer. For example, when I book an appointment on mobile, I can only have it in my name vs having the ability to book an appointment and put the salesperson who's going to assist the customer instead
