Currently, when setting an appointment, the time drop-down only allows for scheduling on the half-hour (e.g., 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, etc.). There is evidence that setting sales appointments on quarter-hour intervals increases effectiveness, resulting in lower no-show rates and creating a greater sense of urgency for guests. Would it be possible to add a configuration setting that allows dealerships to choose between a ½-hour or ¼-hour appointment interval? This flexibility would help stores align scheduling options with their preferred sales processes and improve overall appointment efficiency.
