It would be awesome to send the customer a link where they could pick a day time based on the Users/Store Hours and Day off Schedule and not show times that are in their Appointments.

Allow Managers and BDC Representatives to schedule appointments on BEHALF of another team member, while preserving the correct credit assignment and avoiding duplicate or confusing customer confirmations. 1. BDC compensation is tied to accurate appointment attribution. 2. Leads to confusion, cancellations, and incorrect performance reporting 3. Avoids double confirmations to client, isn't this what it's about??????

It would be helpful to be able to sync our appointments in DriveCentric with other calendars such as: Google Calendar Apple Calendar Outlook Calendar

Is there a way to filter sales and service appointments in the mobile app?

It would be nice to schedule appointments for phone calls for remote clients. This helps sales keep their schedule refined - tasks are useful but I think that we often have items missed in the huge amount of tasks that appear. An appointment for a call seems more urgent and helps us define who is coming in store or not.

Once the month has ended and been “closed out,” we are unable to create or modify appointments or deals for that past month. This limitation prevents correcting missed entries, fixing errors, or ensuring reporting accuracy.

Ability to put an appointment in for the past. The customer and the salesperson made an appointment, but it never got entered into the system. Now the sale looks like it wasn't an appointment, but it was.

The feature request to mark a missed appointment as a show was completed, but only allows this until 48 hours after the appointment start time. We would like the ability to extend this time period, as this will help better account for appointments that occur on Friday/over the weekend.
