Need a button to create a virtual appointment so it shows up difference from a store appointment

Sometimes I'm up at 3 am looking through my Drive Centric workplan and want to know is there a way I can schedule the time to send my emails. For example, In Google I can pick schedule (when to send my emails) so is there a feature so I can type the email and select schedule when to send emails like at 9:00 am to send it. But at 9:00 am I'm in a meeting. I want to maximize any of my time to get the customer in a new vehicle of their choice.

External Live Appointment Board expires in 7 days. We like to display this in the managers offices on TV screens, do we have the ability to extend this past 7 days?

Right now, it seems that AI is scheduling appointments based off of the dealerships business hours, which is great, but it also often schedules appointments for my scheduled days off, which is not so great. I think it would be awesome if it could book appointments around my scheduled days off so that I could actually have days off.

would be nice to have a feature where our GSM or GM could block out a time where nobody could make an appointment- AI assistant or human. This would be useful for multiple reasons-delayed openings or early closures, or complete closures due to inclement weather, store events where there would be a late opening or an early closure. Would also be nice to add a feature that will have our AI assistant send an email or text letting a customer know we are closed for inclement and try to reschedule

Would like to be able to check in customers for general appointments, and/or customers with no deal. Understanding that there are reporting metrics tied to the Check In function, it can be called something else, but our salespeople need to know when their customers are in the store. Also people outside of sales appointments need to know when their customers arrive in the building

A link that we would be able to attach to our website that would allow customers to set their own sales appointments at a time convenient to them. Then this would automatically go into the CRM appointment calendar for that date and time. This would have to also be a lead that comes into the CRM so either AI can verify or sales.

An expert user should have the ability to edit an appointment FOR ANY DAY OF THE MONTH!

Can you add another type of appointment title other than sales, service, delivery and general? I need one for post deliveries that I will be able to use after deal has been delivered.

I would like to be able to set a delivery appointment after the deal has been closed. Customers come back often for a second or third delivery and I would like to be able to use the calendar function to plan out my days properly.
