I know I cannot be the only one that has salesman who "forget" to check in customers. Of course the next day when our BDC does follow up on missed appointments and they tell us they were here and now there is no way to mark that appointment shown. Managers having the ability to do this I think would be important to keep our metrics true and accurate, despite human error. Would be even better if once it was marked shown that it would automatically apply a visit to the day the appointment was scheduled.

Please enable appointments to be scheduled on the quarter hour.

I would like to be able to make appointments without selecting a time. I need an option to just select a day. We want to get clients on our Sales Radar, but client hasn't picked a time.

It'd be nice to get an email, notification, text, or the like for appointments set within a specified day/time. This would help when appointments are set first thing on your Monday, during training times, etc. And being able to set how far in advance to get this notification could help so that I can prepare a vehicle the night prior for an appointment the following day.

We are trying to get our delivery time duration down. And We notice you can See the check in and check out times from the desk log, but we are hoping for a way we can pull into the custom report so that we can see by user and by appointment type (mainly delivery) how long we are averaging to monitor, as well as provide help to where needed for individual reps.

Today's appointments should be front and center when you log into DriveCentric. It is possibly the most critical and time sensitive information that DriveCentric tracks for us and it would be great if it was more glanceable.

Is there anyway we could get a filter so we can search for the service advisor that the appointment is scheduled under?

Request options to send automatic appointment reminders thru text messaging and being able to set phone numbers to send the reminder to.

I would love to see a report of all the deleted appointments, and who deleted them. This helps us ensure people are not deleting appointments to pad their show ratios, or deleting other peoples appointments to add in themselves to count towards their "created" counts. For me in particular, I do contests on created appointments for my team and I would like to ensure they are staying honest.

Can the AI confirm appointments in Spanish for our Spanish-speaking customers.
