Our stores will post dealer transfer deals in CDK as retail for their own reasons, we should be able to exclude these instead of them automatically added to Drive and skewing my delivered numbers. We also have no choice for deals that are in status "booked" to be excluded from being pushed. Booked deals are nowhere near delivered and should not be updating Drive, I can't even see the status from CDK in the customer card so I have no idea if the deal is actually delivered without having to manually compare every single deal. We should not have to change our entire accounting process to ensure it fits Drive's idea of how it should work. We should be able to fully customize the connection between Drive and our DMS so it can work for us.
