we desperately need this for the reason stated as well as proper reporting.. so many times, a duplicate customer record is created and closed out as delivered under the wrong source.. for example they are entered and closed as a showroom up but we also have an ILM or Phone lead for them but the salesperson failed to look at duplicates or many times the customer gives us different information, so we don't realize it's the same person until after they buy.. the ILM/Phone came in first and we worked them for a long time but they show up with or without an appointment salesperson adds them as a showroom and it closes out under that.. the next day or a few days later we find out it's the same person and then we can't unlink and merge them like we used to be able to do to show the accurate customer card as sold. now we merge and have to dead the deal and use the new source.. yes we can edit the source, but it still throws off our reporting. Sometimes we do catch the duplicate the same day but if we merge while the desk is desking it will delete all the desking history.. so we have to wait until the deal is done..

Can we add a button to take a deal out of Delivered status? CRM & DMS do not always talk to each other, and at times deals show back up as Delivered in DC days after being taken out of Delivered status.

We have the same issue over here. Hoping for this to be a capability soon.

Have to agree on this one. There are quite a few times we need info on deal, customer switches due to vehicle issue, deal comes apart for myriad of reasons.. many wsolid needs for this to be available. Have run into this myself..DriveC is quite receptive to updating, hoping this gets accomplished soon..

We need the ability to take a delivered deal out of delivered status to fix duplicates so the delivery goes to the correct lead.
