Standard Text Message View to the CRM

I’d like to propose a regular text-style hub within the CRM, something that mirrors how messages appear on a phone. Key features:
Most recent conversations at the top
Unreplied messages highlighted or sorted to the top
Each message bubble shows the last sent/received timestamp
Clean, intuitive layout that feels like a native SMS app
This would make it much easier and faster to track real conversations, reply efficiently, and avoid missing follow-ups. It’s a small change that would massively boost usability and productivity for anyone managing high volumes of client communication.
