My wife brought my Edge in for service and once service logged her in with the vehicle information, it was removed from my profile. I can no longer see the vehicle or any details in the sales system. The deal details are no longer showing.

Incoming/received messages should be a slightly different shade of blue or something to make them more easily distinguishable. Flipping the speech bubble and "to" and "from" is far to subtle to tell which is which while navigating quickly.

The introduction of large photos from Insite updates in the activity tab adds visual clutter and pushes important notes and communication history below the fold, making quick lead review more difficult. A primary CRM workflow is scanning recent interactions at a glance, and excessive scrolling increases the risk of missing key context. We recommend a more compact approach—such as smaller thumbnails, text indicators, or a toggle—to preserve usability without disrupting workflow.

On a deal, we should be able to see a communication with a cobuyer on the Activity tab and show buyer and cobuyer in different colors

This report would show the leads per sales advisor and also show how many days lapsed from the last time sales advisor connected with lead. Leads plus the amount of times the sales advisor sent a text, phone call or emailed the guest. Average number of attempts and average days since last contact broken out per Sales Rep.

Can we please get a feature to "like" or acknowledge a coworkers note/tag

Allow salesperson to send a deal quote from the history of the conversation. As it is now only can be sent from desking.

Removing a vehicle from the garage should leave a dated record of removal on the customer profile automatically. Would help to show confirmation still owns or removal date/date of no longer owns in the garage but at least in the log.

There are often several dealer messages for every client message, so they get lost. Notes have a unique background. Client messages should also have a unique color scheme - maybe black text on yellow background - and automated messages should be de-emphasized - light grey on dark grey?
