Suggesting a new feature for the CRM. It would be nice to input a message that my lead and pull up responses to leads that lead to a sale from selected sales associates. This way we are able to look at the responses that when most used lead to a sale and adapt those responses into our own.

Hello Declan Busby — thanks for sharing this idea. Totally get how being able to learn from the replies that consistently convert would be really valuable for coaching and refining messaging. Quick couple questions so we make sure we’re picturing the right workflow: when you say “input a message,” are you thinking you’d search for a specific template/phrase and then pull up real examples of it being used in lead conversations that ultimately resulted in a sale? Also, for “responses that lead to a sale,” what should qualify on your end (any conversation tied to a closed/won deal, or only messages sent within a certain window before the sale)? And lastly, who would you want to compare—just specific associates you select, or broader team/role-based groups—and is the main goal training/coaching, standardizing templates, or performance analysis?
