I had a customer come in by appointment that I could not find right away (his name was in as Jim, not James). I went to make him a profile, entered his phone and email, and Drive then found him with his email. I selected the customer, yet the phone number I got from him, and entered when searching him, was not transferred to the profile. Admittedly I should have verified his contact info before allowing him to leave, but I remembered asking him his contact information, entering it, and assumed it was then on his profile. How I am hoping this guy answers my email so I can make this deal happen.
