When a sales consultant manually enters a new vehicle, they should have access to the same dropdown options available in the desking module. Currently, when a manually entered vehicle is opened in desking and switched to 'auto,' all previously entered information is cleared. Introducing this functionality would provide a seamless transition for desking deals, improving efficiency and user experience.

.I would like to add a feature that lets you save progress in adding a customer, when you have not completely added the customer in, but had to answer another call or was distracted by another issue. As a BDC rep. This happens often and the system makes you start over...With the suggestion, we could use a reminder, maybe a red flashing button that lets you know you have saved something that needs to be finished....extremely important from where I sit thanks..

Would be easier to enter nickname when first entering customer on their card rather than having to go to the credit app screen to enter their nickname.

I have had to enter their addresses first and then edit their address to add the apt number just let me put an apt in the first time

Address verification would be very helpful to make sure we have a good mailing address. Even when we ask customer to confirm things are correct, they often miss errors. I would compare this to how difficult it is to proofread your own writing. It seems like a very easy feature to add based on the number of times in encounter it.

I strongly feel there should be a "New Leads" button on the main workplan page where everything else is accessible. Like "messages" and "customers in store" area. There's plenty of room for it. And if this is not an option, then the icon color in the notifications needs to be changed. The icon is the same blue color as the "opened your email" icon, which is problematic. New leads can get lost in the sea of notifications, which on extremely busy days can get overlooked. And though this can also fall on the BDC, I still feel we should be able to access all new leads for the day easier or at the very least get the color changed (the "claimed customer" icon is bright red, the new lead icon needs to have it's own bright color too).

when customers are being logged into the CRM, it should be required for notes, such as a phone up, showroom, and campaign... it helps us to help customers and ensure customers are getting logged correctly.
