We have two stores that have there own database that we toggle between. It would be very helpful to be able to copy a customer information from one location to another; even better if it will copy over all history!

Example - Our website is shared. I received a lead for a used truck at the Honda store, but it came through my CDJR store DC. I sent my video, emails, etc. all through the CDJR lead. Being able to copy all of that to the Honda location so we can desk, push to CDK, and record correctly would be infinitely helpful compared to having to go add a new customer, and copy over notes etc.

Vinsolutions had this option to copy customer to different location, but did not have copy over history, which I always wished they would have when we were with them.
