QR Code

It would be nice to have a QR Code you could just show a customer to submit a credit app or lead. Have a printable version for the whole store or a mobile version that leads directly into the sales persons name. I get the license scan is easy but when you're working an event at a booth talking to 10 different people this makes it quick and easy so no one is waiting.

It would be a good idea to attach the QR code to the salesperson so that they are notified when a customer submits their information, indicating they are at the store for a test drive or to work a deal. If the customer scans the QR code and it isn't assigned, they will need to wait.

Hiya Sam Kroehnke, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific information should the QR code link to when scanned by a customer?
- Would you prefer the QR code to be customizable for different events or salespersons?
- How do you envision the QR code being integrated into your current sales process?

- I would say just to a form fill for generic information like name, phone, email so we can capture their information and send them email blasts and keep the customer in the know. We can always send them a credit app link through drive when they're ready.
- It would be cool to make it custom so then every sales person has their own...could print it on their business cards even
- We do a lot of events and even if the customer isn't interested in a vehicle we could keep their info for later down the road.
