When adding a new customer only to find that customer already has a profile but the number or email has changed. It would be great and time saving to have the ability to just update the necessary information without having to enter it a second time, as you place the customer on the floor, reactivate their profile after a dead lead, or schedule an appointment.
The way it is now, when you find that a client has an existing profile, you have will have to re-enter a phone number or email you did not write down and would either have to ask the customer to give the information once more or start writing it down. That takes 1 to three minutes more time.
Time is everything in this business. This would be convenient to the client and to the user.
