Feature Requests

Just some quick feedback, since we've used similar things with Roadster and Tekion. It would be great if there was a way to select which items you're requesting from the customer or if there was a text box or you could modify the email or text message to state something like "Please use this link to upload driver's license and insurance"

Portal is great we like it but it needs an option in the Portal to Download all doocuments or view uploaded image snippets on the UI to not have to download everything to see what it is.

Portal is a great tool to keep track of secure customer uploads. However, we would like to see couple improvement to make it even better: 1. Ability to PRINT downloaded files without needing to download them to local drives. This kind of defeats the purpose of a secure portal. Less copies of customer information is better. 2. Of course from time to time, we will need to download those secure files in order to send them to banks, etc. For those cases, we need to limit who can download them to the local drives. It can be an option in the user preferences. For example Sales and F&I Managers can download those files but not the Salespeople, etc. P.S: I had to post this under "Miscellaneous" since there is no option for "Portal" in the categories yet.
