Making this editable will help dealers refine the list and workflows of dead deals easier to manage. For instance, if you separate out Parts & Service - You can send the actions to the right department head directly. Also making this editable will reduce the bad leads from aggregating to one common spot and enforce better discipline in the CRM to mark dead leads according to the REAL reason.

It would be great if you could multi-select lead sources when trying to add them to a lead source group. It takes an inordinate amount of time to setup lead source groups otherwise.

Titles in user management page

This would be a small button on the left toolbar, when pressed it lets our team and managers know that we are not available for either new leads, or to answer messages. This way if it is an important message, they know to look at it, and may need to impersonate us.
