It would be great that as I have access to the whole dealership to only see notification (messages and such) that are linked to my name vs everyone at the dealership. Same with new leads

Unlike Leads and Conversations, Genius Follow-Up notifications don't show a store location label. For those with an enterprise view of multiple stores, it would help to have the store listed in the slide out view on the sidebar.

When a customer sends a text back to a specific manager it show's in un replied with everyone else in the sales team because of our supervisor access. There may be 30 to 40 un replieds at our store at any given moment because of our volume. All you would have to do is have it tag the Notification Bell per user, so that way we can still monitor all un replied and also get a notification when someone has replied to our text or email.

I noticed this issue during the training, the "next" button is covered by the live chat bubble. I feel like this bubble would be better suited on the bottom left near the bullhorn and store data icons are, rather than the bottom right where it currently is. During the training it gets in the way.

When I reach out to a customer, and merge their lead with another lead that does not have a record of communication, they stay on the sidebar. Since the merge indicates this is the same customer, I want the system to be able to recognize that communication so I am not duplicating my efforts.

We would like to be able to list the closing/desking manager as well as the finance director. Their name would be listed in the same manner as the "Sales" or "BDC" Agent

With responses being so important, can we have a toggle option to allow or not allow our team members to ignore messages?

When a duplicate lead comes in it needs to be listed in the leads (marked as duplicate) we would not be able to know a customer submitted a duplicate unless we go searching for original leads, Duplicate leads are hot leads and need to be listed in the leads of the day. I have attached an image from the leads page on Vinsolutions showing duplicates.

I would like to request a Personal To-Do List sidebar within DriveCentric that allows users to create and manage internal productivity tasks that are not tied to a specific customer record. Currently, tasks are primarily customer-based. However, sales associates have daily responsibilities that are not CRM-contact related but directly impact performance, such as: Posting inventory to Facebook Marketplace Creating social media content Recording vehicle walkaround videos Completing OEM training Prospecting orphan owners General prospecting or marketing activities

It would be great if you could filter the quick access Leads tab for new vs pre owned, that way managers could just see their relevant leads for their sales department.
