Ability to have a sidebar status for Write Up customers, for managers to know who is waiting for a write up without having to check in

Shelby Parker The same exact idea & process of the current Check-In status. The purpose of having this option is simply to keep the desk log correct. To accurately track people in the store vs people working numbers over the phone/internet. This option will allow managers to easily find the customer on a list just like check in but will not throw numbers off for store traffic. Just a button added above "Check In" that says "Write Up" and creates a status the same as check in. Once the customer gets a proposal, it can move to proposal status. THanks so much!
