If a sales rep or BDC knows they're going to be on a lunch break or unavailable to take a lead for the next hour, it would be nice to have a button they can push that pauses their lead rotation for that duration of time so that they'll be skipped over in the round-robin. Obviously a "clock in clock out" system exists, but for dealerships that use round-robin work schedule a temporary pause button would be invaluable.

On that note, having a "For How Long" box (IE: Return date: 2/28/2025) next to the "vacation" toggle would ensure that people don't accidentally get left on vacation mode for a few days.
