See who we mentioned, not just who mentioned us.

Currently you can see profiles that someone else "@" you on, however you cannot see messages that you "@" someone else on. It would be nice be able to see those in a central location. Often times I will @ sales associates to follow up on various task, so it would be nice to be able to follow up on those.

When an employee is mentioned/tagged, a notification is created for them. Once clicked on, the notification goes away. If the employee is not able to handle the mention right away, it would be great if they can mark that notification "unread" so they can be reminded to address it later.

Currently we can have our entire notification system clogged up by "Genius has mentioned you in a note". If the notes could have the customer name first in there it would also help us out.

For example: Detail or Rental who have enterprise access. Creating 1 enterprise mentioning group instead of having to create one at each location.

I wish there was a way to have favorite mentions for instance a manager that you are always adding "@" in notes it should have a way to favorite them .Being able to click "@" and a list of favorites pop up first would be awesome. small tweak but I think beneficial for everyone and just making it more efficient for daily use.
