Showing you a list like your texts and emails you sent out for the day, but mentions to find the customer quickly and see if anything was completed after you mentioned whoever you are trying get their attention by mentioning them. Right now there is not good visibility to who you mentioned.

It would be a great tool to have a list or tab that shows the times I've mentioned others in notes or assigned a salesperson to a customer.

I would like the profiles that a user is mentioned in to remain accessible even after the user expires. If a mention is more than 13 days old, they expire; therefore, users should still be able to view and access it. Additionally, it would be very helpful to have filtering options that allow users to sort mentions by status, such as Open and Unopened. This would make it much easier to track, manage, and follow up on important mentions without losing visibility over time.

Currently we can have our entire notification system clogged up by "Genius has mentioned you in a note". If the notes could have the customer name first in there it would also help us out.

Can we have a way to track the customer cards we have mentioned an associate in? This would allow us to follow up to ensure the ask has been completed.

How can we not go back and see everyone that we tagged for the day? How can we see an individual users tags for the day? We need a spot in the custom report section to itemize all the outbound and inbound tags and between which users/groups. This bell notification deal is just too much to scroll through to find a tag. Hell, add a search bar in the new tag menu too.

As a Manager I want to be able to use Mentions to notify all salespeople to meet in the conference room at noon. Please add this to the development roadmap.

Could we please update the send as/mention feature to put the team members involved in the lead at the top. Searching for the team member takes extra time.

if someone tags you in a note to be able to reply to it or 'like' it to show that they have seen it

For example: Detail or Rental who have enterprise access. Creating 1 enterprise mentioning group instead of having to create one at each location.
