Ability to review sent tags (mentions)

How can we not go back and see everyone that we tagged for the day? How can we see an individual users tags for the day? We need a spot in the custom report section to itemize all the outbound and inbound tags and between which users/groups. This bell notification deal is just too much to scroll through to find a tag. Hell, add a search bar in the new tag menu too.

Throughout the day, I'll send out 20-30 tags to sales people. There should be a history log of all of the tags that I have created so I can refer back to them.

Great questions! I would think it would make the most sense as a tab that you could select next to "ALL" and "MENTIONS". If it just showed who I tagged, that would be a start. If it also showed the customer name, that'd be really helpful. When one of my sales team members has been out for a day, or they I tagged them when they were gone, some of those tags are more important than others. It'd be nice to see what all I tagged him in so I know we're on the same page. I trust them to read their tags, but things get missed.

Thanks for raising this, Shawn Bontrager — totally hear you, especially if you’re sending 20–30 tags a day. A quick couple questions so we can shape the right “sent tag” history: where would you expect to find that log (your user/profile area, the tagging flow itself, or on each tagged record)? And what details would each entry need to show to be useful (tag name, recipient, which lead/customer it was tied to, timestamp, etc.)? Lastly, what’s the main reason you’re looking back—auditing what went out, following up/resending, or confirming it was done—and how far back do you typically need to reference?

Shelby Parker hey shelby thank you for the response and I apologize for my delay. The specific info we need to is to itemize all outbound tags as well as inbound. A search bar for names would be helpful too. Someone says " i tagged you in their profile yesterday" Good luck finding it. Currently the only way is to scroll. If they didnt tag the customers name first and tagged you multiple times through out the day, we currently need to click through all of their tags to find it. Scroll down each time it was the wrong one, wait for it to load the next batch of tags, try to remember where you left off, etc. Need access all the time to this info. A search or grouping section for outbound/inbound/ and salesperson/customer name search bar in the existing tag section should be fine.
